I would like to give a very good reference for our movers yesterday. They called the day before and then the morning of arrival, they were on time and unloaded our furniture in a timely manner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DAMAGED EVERY ...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DAMAGED EVERY SINGLE ITEM I OWN AND HAVEN'T CONTACTED ME SINCE THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS All items were in PERFECT condition and no notes were written about missing parts or damages All furniture had been ordered 6 months prior and was in brand new condition. When delivered EVERY SINGLE ITEM was severely damaged or stained beyond cleaning. Not only was all of my furniture damaged bu to be in a closed apartment with guys telling me how sexy I am asking for my phone number mentioning how cute my toes are how much they like my tattoos kept trying to read them so close to me how I have a big butt for a white girl asked what's my ethnicity I kept giving one word answers and saying I have a boyfriend but they WOULD NOT STOP How can a female feel safe spending hours with people like this I was so uncomfortable the entire time but couldn't let them leave because none of my furniture had been unwrapped or put together yet (and wouldn't be, because they couldn't find the screws) Mattress and bedroom set were put in the living room when I asked them to move it into my bedroom RUDELY said "You never told us that!" I have to tell you the mattress goes into the bedroom? dresser and cabinets were on their side, how am I supposed to lift them upright alone On pickup and delivery kept trying to get me to pay in cash, most likely because they keep a portion so company doesn't have to report full amount to the IRS They tried to LEAVE the blankets taped/wrapped on all items and said they're in a rush and need to be in Ohio that night. When you hire a moving company, you expect them to unwrap all items and ASSEMBLE the furniture. How would I have seen the damages if they left the blankets on them? an hour later (with the guy repeatedly saying to his partner "come on, we gotta go"), he finally left him there and took the truck to go pick up Marijuana (the other guy told me this). Now I only have ONE person moving things and putting furniture together? When they first arrived at 3:15pm (outside of the arrival window between 10:00am and 2:00pm), my two televisions in boxes were hanging on the back of their truck held up by furniture dollies being pushed against the truck. When I said "You drove all the way with my televisions hanging off the back of your truck?" They both laughed and said "Oh, those are TVs?" Not only did they damage my furniture, but they damaged my apartment! This was a brand new apartment and now there were deep scratches in the wood flooring from things being dragged, chips and scratches on the front door, walls, floorboards, etc. On the day of pickup, the men FORGOT to take a large bag with them (the whole apartment was empty, how do you just leave something there and not see it?) and I had to drive over an hour to deliver them to him because they wouldn't come back to pick it up. Aweful experience - Waiting over a ...

The company has had over a month to deliver my items out of California, but they have not. The worst part is they have not provided me an update of when I should expect to receive my items. I really regret hiring this company. The salesman, Richard, initially promised me a low cost delivery (he never really asked about what I had) for 250 square feet. The day before delivery I called Richard to let him know that 250 was too low, and I probably needed 350. He said he wasn't able to change it but he didn't think the increase would affect pricing too much. Day of the move, movers came they tried to charge me 50% more for the delivery saying that I had more items than what was on the estimate. they eventually increased pricing by 15% only after I told them i would use another moving ocmpany. Overall, Prime Relocation Services has had multiple instances of non-professional behavior. they promise but cannot deliver. Read more

OMG Amazing Service, Great Prices, ...

I needed a company that would be able to assist me with a very quick move I had a bad breakup and needed to move back home a few states over and Prime Relocation Services provided that with no problems. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

I never post reviews but felt I had to because of what poor service i received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I spoke to Richard (the sales guy) first, he acted all nice and he told me it takes 3-4 days for my materials to get to me. After 1.5 weeks in my new apartment with no bed, no cooking supplies, or so much as a fork my stuff finally came (after a lot of yelling from me to Felix (customer service) and Soloman (operations)). I was not warned it would take this long and had I been told up front about this I would have planned to take more things with me instead of sending with the movers. They told me if i read the "fine print" of the contract it says it can take up to 2 weeks to receive materials. I guess this is what I get for trusting people. When the movers finally came, Alex gave me a bunch of attitude and plopped down my stuff with no care (there is now a chip on my coffee table). I also noticed that I had 8 boxes on my inventory list and I counted 6. Alex then told me that the boxes they used to pack my bookcase and tv counted in the 8. WRONG!! I am now missing several of my items which they basically stole from me. On top of all that none of the movers were wearing masks in the middle of a global pandemic, I had to provide them with those. HOW MUCH WORSE CAN YOU GET???? I understand that COVID has made things much harder on small businesses, but I would not have been as mad if I had been told up front about how long it would take. I recommended this company to a friend since I moved with them before. He called them and they paid him a visit to assess his move. He lived in a small building without elevator thus moving the furniture would be a little complicated. At the end of the day he moved without any issue, his furniture and appliances arrived in destination safe and with no damages. Everything was properly packed and protected. BEWARE! My nightmare continues

I cant believe there are good reviews about this company. I feel like I have been scammed the whole time I've been working with them. I got 3 quotes and they were the lowest and I was hesitant to go with them, because I felt like their price was too good to be true and it was. I my day of pick up, 3 days before the closing of my home. They called me and told me that they actually needed to charge me $2K more than what they quoted me. Noting their estimator Nikolas missed things like my babies crib. I know he saw the crib because I asked him not to speak while I toured him through my babies room because my baby was sleeping. The mover said don't worry this is the highest the price could go, so I reluctantly agreed because what choice did I have I had to be moved out that day or the next. This is when Felix stepped in and told me that the person who quoted me $2K more was actual wrong and it would be an additional $1k because he missed some vehicle charge on the estimate. Again pay it or we wont deliver your stuff. They have now had my stuff for 3 weeks and were supposed to deliver last week, but when they went to pick it up from their warehouse didn't bring a big enough truck or something, it doesn't make any sense. I have been trying to get a delivery date for over a week and they cant tell me when my stuff will be coming. I cant even get a hold of Felix most the time I feel like he just dodges my phone calls. Doesn't communicate. If I didn't call him I would never here from the company. Really frustrating, I still don't know when my stuff will be arriving and I have paid them about $10,000 already. Their whole contract seems to be written to cover their scam each step of the way. Highly recommend using a more reputable company, it will likely cost you more in the end with these guys and save you the head ache of working with someone who really just doesn't care about you as a customer. Worst ever! Not suggested!! ***

If I could give this company no stars at all I would. This move was the worst possible! Not only did my items show up a week and half later than expected, half of my items are damaged and broken and I’m still missing boxes that I don’t even know if I will ever see again. Trying to get ahold of anyone with the company is a joke,(Felix) they give you the run around and up charge you an extra 1800$. I planned on moving all my stuff myself with a uhaul to keep from damaged and missing items and when I was told by my mom they hired a moving company I was skeptical. Go with your first instinct and do it yourself! You’ll save 8000$ and half of your items won’t be damaged. Not to mention we caught the sales guy Felix in a straight lie trying to say they attempted to deliver our items when in reality when I spoke with the mover himself, he had not even left San Jose yet. So unprofessional! This was the worst possible move I could have ever imagined only worse because I’m still missing items! Read more
