They were outstanding, I would recommend them to anybody. The dispatcher, estimator guy ... He was superb. The help that they sent was terrific. I was fine

They packed a little like they wrapped the furniture and stuff but most of the packing I did myself. There was one lamp which was damaged in the process but they compensated for that. It was fine, I found that I had a little more stuff than I had provided them originally and I think they were complaining. They said it was more stuff and it probably would not fit in their truck but eventually it did. That was the only small issue but otherwise it was ok. They gave an estimate but then they said that whatever they recorded and whatever they loaded there was a difference. They anticipated it was something around a $1000 and it moved beyond that. Overall the packing and moving was good

It went well. They were on time and overall handled things well, minor things always happen here and there but overall it was a good move. Nothing we have found so far is damaged but they need to improve on the packing a little bit, because they took a long time to do the packing. Overall the packing and moving was good. Overall they were good but can do ...

Overall, I would say that I am 90 percent satisfied. The only minor thing I noticed was damages on the doorway. I was told that any furniture I asked them to put together they would do it, but the men seemed reluctant to put it back together, so I wasn't very happy about that. Their pricing was very good and I would recommend them to my friends and family. My only advice to the company would be to put the furniture back together. Read more
