Never Again

I will never use this company again. Not only did I spend the tome to itemize everything so that my quote would be as close to accurate as possible. I also went over the list again however after they came and picked up our belongings not only did I know we wouldn’t have enough room but once loaded they let me know it was going to be double my quote. I also left most of the bigger furniture in hopes my cost wouldn’t be so high. After trying to get ahold of my contact with no luck, when I finally do get someone they said I never gave a list and gave them cubic feet instead ?? what the heck and then all the emails I’d saved I could no longer open to prove it. Now we are supposed to get our belongings tomorrow but are now being told they don’t know when they will but they would give me 24 hr notice. Seriously this was scheduled a month ago and I’ve been emailing constantly about the delivery to make sure all good and they wait until today to say not sure when we will be there ??. I’ve called their office all day and left messages with no response as well as emailing the office. Never again and if you are looking go somewhere else. DO NOT USE THEM!! Read more

Excellent Work

I call one day before my emergency move. The owner was very sympathetic toward my needs. He quote a price I was very please with. The two guys he sent was two of the best movers I have ever had and I have moved all over the world. They where fast and very efficient. It was good except they scratched two ...

I twas good except when we moved everything there was two coffee tables that were scratched. Everything was fine except for the last two things they dropped it in front of our door and I sent a picture of it and they said we weren't insured so they aren't responsible for the damage. Read more

it was great, they did exactly what we asked them to do. they were quick and efficient, they didn't break or scratch anything. They were real real careful with our stuff. The pricing was equivalent to the other companies but they stuck to the quote. Read more

Pretty solid

Um they had a little trouble finding my apartment but once they got there they got everything loaded up and um probably took less than an hour loading everything up and taken over to the new place. All in all it was probably an hour and 45 minutes moving time moving there and unloading so, pretty solid. Read more

Okay so, the movers were nice enough, but they had an issue with the truck, and it broke down. We left my apartment at about 10:20, and they didn't get to my house until about 6 (it was after 6). And this was a same city move pretty much, or city to city but only about a 30 minute drive (maybe about 25 miles). I mean I understand that stuff happens, so you know I was agreeable about that. But I think, you know, just for my inconvenience, I think they should have at least, you know, knocked something off the price. I wouldn't ask for a free move but at least a little bit, you know, more understanding there. Read more

They arrived on time, they did everything very professional. very efficient, very coordinated. They guy who was in charge of the crew was...they did it in a very professional excellent manner they didn't break a single glass. They showed up, they actually showed up a little bit early, which was cool. Got it all moved, my whole apartment moved out, got everything out in about an hour and a half.
