Poor Quality + Theft
Worst moving experience of my life. Very kind on the phone and kind throughout the process of convincing you to trust them… Then communication becomes poor and items get stolen. The most precious pieces of jewelry I owned (family heirlooms) were stolen during the moving process. It’s heartbreaking. I’ll never use this company again.

They were thorough professionals
They were on time. As a matter of fact they were 10 minutes early. The move went a little over which I expected because of the distance traveled. Overall they didn't take any breaks. They were just seriously moving. I had recommended them to other people. And I would use them again. The price was reasonable at $70 an hour. It only went an hour over which was an additional $70. I did receive all the services that I requested. They also wrapped some things. As for boxes, I only had a few of those. I would recommend them. The crew were excellent. As I said they worked non-stop. They didn't take breaks. They didn't stray around. They were very professional. They came to do what they said they would do and they did that.

I wasn't satisfied with this company
I wasn't that happy with this company. I felt like that they took too long to move and the second is have in hard time locating our stuff because instead of asking where to put stuff, they started putting stuff where they wanted. Looking for cushions and they were like under boxes. Cabinet drawers came out, wall units damaged and some dresser door came out. There are leafy boxes and heavier stuff. It's not really organized the way they did it so I was unhappy about it. It took seven hours and we felt like that shouldn’t have taken that long.
