awesome movers

These movers are awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. I moved from Houston to Miami. The ladies in the office are easy to work with and helped me a lot. I moved from a pretty big house and needed a couple months of storage before the new place in Miami was ready,so I didn't feel comfortable with out the house being looked at. The owner Ron came out and gave me a binding price with packing. They packed all the boxes and everything was wrapped professionally. Better job packing than I would have done for sure. After delivery they put everything where I wanted. Helped me get set up. They put together all the furniture. I'm still opening boxes but for the most part I'm almost done. Everything in one piece. I had a lot of glass. After unpacking all the fragile boxes no dishes or glasses broken. Price stayed the same as Ron told me. Would use this company again for sure. Read more

Never go with them if u value your ...

I am usually not a person who writes reviews but their service is making me write this. I wouldn't even give 1star fo this! As you can see the other reviews I experienced the same!! I regret not taking the reviews seriously! To move from TX to OH they offered a price of 1500$ and later raised it to 2600$. This was alarming for me who was trying to find a budget mover because of my helplessness. We thought of taking them to court but I had already signed the papers (without seeing their packing since I had to handle my toddler and they took advantage of that too!) They told us that the items were double in number while I was wondering how since I myself had packed all the items except my kitchen. They had packed my kitchen (Thank god I did not ask them to pack all my stuff) Once all my stuff was delivered and we tried to open the packages... It was the worst ever packing I had ever seen! They packed in such a way that the utensils could occupy more space and all my kitchen items/ powders/masalas/flour had spilled out and i had to wash all my stuff!! Few very small boxes which could fit into one carton were packed separately and counted separately for billing.. I even saw an empty carton in which there were more empty cartons! Worst moving experience ever

They well the owner was rude at pick up dropped my couch, head and footboard on a king size $3000 bedroom set including end table. Dropped headboard of queen size bedroom set. Broke the leg off entertainment center. Quoted me by sq foot but original quote was in weight. Could not show actual weight of truck empty and I was told it was empty but there were boxes already in there at pick up. Owner wanted to argue about it. Was told delivery would be in 2 days never showed up. Called the only number provided an was told he didn't have to help me cause it was after hours and he was doing me a favor. But yet he called me at 8:30 pm to schedule my pick up. Sent one guy to deliver. That gentleman was polite and an outstanding mover would not let me help saying help was on the way and then never showed up.
