Federal complaints of fraud and ...

It has come to my attention that many people have similar complaints about Rainbow Moving Group, LLC based out of Maryland. The best way to remedy this problem is to file numerous complaints attesting similar problems. Please download the IRS form 3949-A: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f3949a.pdf. If, like me, you fell pray to Rainbow Moving Group inappropriately raising prices at the last second, damaging equipment without properly documenting, or changing pick up and drop off dates at the last second without your full consent, then you are able to fill out this form. If the Rainbow Moving Group, LLC changed the price and forced you to agree to the changes under duress, then you can cite, "False/Altered Documents" or "Multiple Filings". If the Rainbow Moving Group, LLC did not properly document damaged equipment, or failed to even give you the inventory documents, then you can cite, "Unsubstantiated Income", or "False/Altered Documents". Inappropriately obtaining income through last minute price changes, forcing clients to sign under duress, or not sharing inventory documents are all Federal crimes. While we have to assume that the Rainbow Moving Group, LLC acts in the best intentions, and did not deliberately cheat or defraud its clients, we must let the Federal authorities decipher their motives. Bad Customer Service

I was quoted a price after doing an inventory and upon arrival of the movers 4 hours late, I was advised it was more than I had been quoted. I told the guy this can't be how can you say one price and now charge another? His answer was the price quoted is not binding so it can be changed. This is a crock of beans, very unprofessional service and I am sure that I wasn't their first victim. My furniture was suppose to arrive 12-31-18 but I had a change of apartments. I advised them to hold the furniture until Wednesday thinking that it was already in Loveland, CO. Come to find out, the furniture was still in Dallas and there was not confirmation of when they would be arriving in Loveland, CO. I will never use this company and you can be assure that I will contact the better business bureau. Read more
