We had a great experience with Real Deal Van Lines. The movers, Rusty and Malik, were prompt and friendly. They moved all of our things to my daughters college apartment with care. We had trouble getting the couch up the narrow stairway to her Boston apartment, and they worked with us until the couch was up. We highly recommend them and plan to use them again! Read more

They were okay. Actually it was raining heavily at the time of moving, so they took very long time to get the job done. Great Experience

After searching Home Advisor, Dave called to offer their services to help us with our move. He was very friendly, informative and helpful. We scheduled our move - only to discover within a few days the forecast of a Nor'easter for the day we had picked. A quick phone call to Dave and we were easily rescheduled. On the appointed day, the crew arrived on time. Carmelo and Anthony were absolutely the greatest! They were polite, professional and friendly. Got right down to work, handled our possessions with great care and got everything loaded and delivered quickly. The good news at the end was that we came in under Dave's estimate. Very good! They were on time, they were there when they said they were going to be there, they hustled up, there was no damage, they got everything where I wanted it, they put it where I needed it, they put things back together and they left, they were very very good as a matter of fact. They had the in our area. They were about $370 all together, the other cheapest I got was $550 and up to $900. Read more

I wouldnt recommend them to my worst ...

Well the pricing, they quoted me 544 dollars and that should have been right on the money and it wasn't, they charged me over 800 dollars. They disappeared for like three hours from the time they left my house in Agawam to come here in Framingham and it should have taken only about an hour and a half to get here. cause i left 45 minutes after they did because i had to wait for my former landlord to give him his keys and they were not here even when i showed up. I had to wait another 45 minutes after I showed for them. They took so many cigarette breaks it was not even funny. They were not professional at all and they stole stuff from me. they stole jewelry they stole DVDs her engagement rings. i wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Read more

They were great from the first phone call. They explained the process and pricing completely. I needed to push our date back by a couple of days at the last minute and they were able to accommodate me. The drivers called me a half hour before they were to arrive to tell me they would be right on time... and they were. 3 very polite,young,strong men carefully loaded our heavy furniture into a huge truck. They were amazing! Quick,yet so careful loading,then unloading every piece and wrapping with blankets then unwrapping... truly awesome. They kept stuffing that truck and asking...what next? Can't say enough good. The price was so reasonable- and they did such a great job,I tipped them over 20 percent (I think 10-15 was recommended) Use these guys...you won't be disappointed. Read more

Moving? You NEED to hire this ...

As you can imagine,a move across county will try your last nerve. We decided to hire U-Move and pack the truck ourselves...big mistake! It was a lot of work and would definitely leave it to the professionals. On the receiving end,we hired this company to unload the truck. We were quoted a flat rate for three movers for three hours. This was such a nice way to end the move. The men who were sent to unpack called one hour out to let us know they were coming. They arrived early and did a walk through/assessment of the house before beginning the unload. These guys were not only professional but were an absolute joy to work with. They were happy, fun, and so kind to our dog. I HIGHLY recommend this team of professionals,from those on the phone to those unloading the truck!! A+++ guys,well done! Read more

The guys were good...The time that was consumed cost me a lot of money. They were taking my stuff, like my cable, for damage purposes sake. They would take it and wrap it. That takes time, so that took more time. That cost a lot of money for me. Other than that, they were good. Read more

It wasn't the best.

They told me stuff on the phone that when they got here they said they never told me. They didn't move things they were supposed to move and moved things they weren't supposed to move. Just the whole thing was kinda screwed up. Read more

They moved stuff pretty fast.

In terms of moving stuff, they were fine but the amount they charged versus what they quoted was kind of off. When I got my bill is was actually $200 more than what they quoted initially. They were pretty clear about how they charge you so that was the only problem. Read more

They're inflexible to the customer.

They gave us an open window from 8-10 in the morning and we mentioned that we wouldn't have access to our apartment until 1 and we told them to come at 10 a.m. They didn't take that into consideration and came at 8 a.m. and we had to pay for an additional three hours of labor for the movers. Their quoted of $599 ended up being $1,006 and that was with a 15-minute discount of $25. And they broke a piece of my furniture, so I wouldn't recommend them. The movers were great but I ended up ...

We scheduled for 1:00, they told me they'd be there 2:00 at the latest. Then the movers didn't show up until four because the job before us, apparently there was an entire barn that needed to be emptied out that they weren't told about, so that was fine. The men were very quick, they were very nice. They did a good job. The amount that I was quoted, I was told it was for four hours ... We used two extra hours and then we were presented with a bill for three extra hours and when I called the office ... The woman who I had spoken to kept telling me "Well, that was for three hours." ...It was quite frustrating because I ended paying $100 more than what I was told I would have to pay. So that aspect of it, I thought was lousy. But the movers themselves did a great job. Read more

They answer the phone right away when you call them. ...The movers were very polite and nice, but it took twice as long as I thought it would because they recommended two people and it wasn't enough, And they broke a couple of things ...
