Stuff missing, stuff broken

I don't think I've ever written a review before but people should be aware that this company acts very nice and give a very low quote but there are boxes, boxes of missing items and many of the things they packed came totally broken including a sofa, an antique bench, a glass door of a display case, a computer table, and many dishes that they packed. They also broke a window in our house that we moved from and said they would send a check but I never got it. Regarding the quote I felt they were deceitful in several ways, just one of which was they told me that packing would be included then changed it and added $800 for some packing they did. When we unpacked I discovered other people's lampshades and dishes and we called the company several times and emailed and left messages to try to return them and get our missing stuff back and they did not respond. My sister also used them to move to California the same time we did and she was equally disappointed with their service as they came much later than expected with broken and missing items as well. Guaranteed delivery

They were able to guarantee delivery just a few days after picking up. The price was fine. The fact that they could guarantee delivery by a certain day is the reason that we went with them. I would recommend them. They did everything as promised. This is the first time I have done a cross-country move and it went as well as it could have done. The estimate ended up being about $400 more but the bill was being paid by my wife's employer, so it wasn't that big of a deal to us. Read more

Average service

I think it was okay. When I talked to the customer representatives, it was okay. The guys that came at my place - I didn't find their approach professional. That was the only thing. Initially I had an agreement with them, however long it's going to take they are going to finish this work with this fixed price. Later on, the guys came to my home. They started telling me that we are going to be here until 6 pm. They arrived at 11:30 am or so. They had to complete this task by 6 pm. And at that point of time if they are not going to finish how much they can finish, they will just go away. The thing is at that point of time my wife was pregnant and I was really in bad shape. The guys that came here - they told me different things from what I had talked with our customer representative. I think it was okay. The guys that came here were not professionals. My experience was a mixed kind of thing. The thing is, while unpacking they were really in a rush. They didn't unpack all the things. We had to unpack on our own. While packing it was fine but when there was an unpacking thing, they didn't unpack. They just unpacked big things but there were so many little things that we had to unpack. Since the guy was in a rush and he was saying we had to leave by 6 pm. I told them okay I understand what your condition but what about my money? I already paid full money for the service and I didn't receive that service. That is the problem with these moving companies. Whenever you talk to customer representatives, you agree upon certain terms but when the guys that came in. Those are completely different guys. They are not regarding all the terms and conditions, so... what I suggest to them is - whenever they arrive, they should be made up to date with whatever terms and conditions the customer representative agrees with the customer. Flexible service

They are flexible with the timing and items of the move and the packing service. They packed a couple of items but then I did the rest. They were flexible with that. I liked that. The pricing was very good. I am still waiting on a damage claim. That I am not the most satisfied with. It has been almost a month. I will probably recommend them or tell someone about them. Terrible

Company is a rip off. They charge alot of money for the move and you get your items on a day that you were not told and half of it comes broken. They have a dispatcher (Phima) who is rude and unprofessional and will talk to you like if you were his child. There is no one to do any complaint with because they claim that any broken items or disputes you could speak to Claims (Julia ext. 101) but she is also unprofessional and will respond with Please pay driver before he brings down items and if anything is broken we will forward you a form then you can fax it in It has been about 1 month and no one has called me.
