I'm Happy

They did a great job moving our washer/dryer, couch and dresser from our 3rd story apartment to our new house about 8 miles away with no problems. Using a large Dolley 2 guys unhooked, plastic wrapped and brought down the dryer and then the washer. One guy then carried/balanced our couch on his head and walked it down to the truck while the other guy wrapped the dresser in plastic wrap. They both walked the dresser down to the truck and followed me to the new house. Once there the only problem was that the dryer required a 3 prong cord (we had a 4 prong) and the washer cold water hookup had a rubber hose that was rusted stuck. They didn't want to put too much pressure and break it so they hooked up the rubber hose for now. All in all a good experience because I didn't want to do that myself! Read more

I scheduled the move several weeks out, not knowing if the place we were moving into would be ready for us. I checked the reschedule policy and just needed to give two days notice, which I ended up having to do, and no problem. Got a new date and time ten days later. I received a confirmation call and email 24 hours in advance, requested some additional wardrobe boxes, which actually came on the day of the move! Top notch delivery and delivery crew

Called got a initial quote for 2 very heavy tables approx. 200lb each. Owner went to location of pick up and inspected tables. Call me back with an updated price, because of size and one being a glass top, we agreed to the method of packing and price. Called the day of delivery to let me know his guys were running behind, but would call when they left pick up location, which they did. The delivery men (2) were very nice, easy to talk to and were very careful with my tables. They did an excellent job wrapping the tables with moving blankets and shrink wrap. They had no problem putting them exactly where I ask them to. I would recommend Red Raider Moving to anyone who needs something moved.
