Excellent experience
My move with right start moving was an excellent experience. I was calling Stephanie 3 times a day with questions and she was always very helpful and professional. I covered all possible details about this move so I won't have any problems (hired movers 2 years ago - everything went wrong with that move). The day of the move the crew arrived 15 minutes earlier and asked if it's ok to have the move started or if I would like them to wait outside till I'm ready. They walked in at 7:45 am. By 8:00 am a few items were already covered with the moving blankets they are using for the furniture. They work hard, fast and don't waist time. Forman did a walk through with me, explained all contract details. This move was such a good experience for me. Crew - professionals Stephanie - professional my goods arrived 7 days after my pick up date price was only $130 over my estimate (a few packing done by the crew) The delivery driver forgot to unload one of my dining chairs, he came back 3 days later to give it back to me. GREAT SERVICE! Couldn't ask for more! Thank you Right Start - I recommend working with this company

AWEFUL WITH A CAPITAL A! DONT USE THIS ...
Right Start Moving has provide the worst possible service to me during my move from Atlanta to Chicago. I agreed to use Right Start Moving only to have another moving company come and pick up my things. Now that I a in need of my items, I have to wait until their drivers are ready to deliver them. My items were picked up in Atlanta and found out that my possessions are in Florida when they should have stayed in storage in Atlanta. They agreed to deliver my things in 72 hours and I havent heard from the driver. When I contacted the driver for an update, the phone is disconnected. Afraid I will never see my things again.... I haven't heard from Right Start Moving since I paid a $100 deposit which the pick up drivertold me is their booking fee. Do Not use this company!!! AWEFUL with a capital A and has been the worst experience I have had in a long time. They are not who they say they are. They contract out movers and dont do the moving themselves.
