You would have to be an idiot to use this company! They start by saying they're Cross Country Relocation Services, when they really go by Royalty Moving Co. My guess is "re-brand" and change names as needed. My original quote included things like, "Yes you'll have your own truck, you will not be sharing a truck with any other families, The same guys who load you up are the same guys who get right in the truck and begin driving your things to your end location." Yea, NONE of that happened. You will start your process with a "rep" named Ronnie or someone else. He will tell you WHATEVER you want to hear to get the job. Your things will then be contracted out to several.....SEVERAL different companies and your things may or may not get delivered. They'll tell you a quote, how to pack, what to pack in, anything to make you feel like its smooth as pie. THEN they'll take multiple deposits before actually picking up your things. As they are loading you up, thats when you'll learn ALLLLLL the misinformation you were given. Your quote will JUMP to double with no way out. Only recourse is to file a lawsuit, which I am currently in the process of doing. Oh and even better, they say they "record all calls" but when I asked for those calls to be pulled for verification purposes, I was told "we don't pull those for clients". How ironic. When I questioned the "owner" about the jump in price, he yelled and got frustrated. BEWARE they also make you pay with cash or money order.........SHADY AS HELL. Read more
