If you can,please steer clear of this company. I’m not sure where they got all those good reviews from but they’re not real! Safe hands relocation quoted me a price and at pick up,they tried adding $1300 extra to the original price,then threatened me if I cancelled,I would lose my deposit. Instead of going back and forth with them,I went with it. They picked up my belongings on 09/01/25,and had me paid 95% of the money up front,they said they would deliver on the 3rd,I didn’t hear from those people until after I notified them that I got a lawyer,and that I was going to call the police. They finally delivered my stuff on 09/21/25,upon receiving,Francisco tried to get me to sign a document that says I received my belongings in good condition without even opening the truck as yet! He took me for a dummy. I refused,then he said they can’t unload my belongings until I paid the rest of the balance. I went ahead,paid the balance and guess what! Most of my items are DAMAGED! Both of my 75in TV’s,most of my boxes are missing,my braiding tools are missing,they basically just brought me 30% of my stuff and kept the 70%. Cody (the driver) told me he had nothing to do with it,they just contracted him to pick the items up in Atlanta and bring to me. Since then I tried calling and sent messages,I’ve got no reply as always. They can play these cat and mouse games with people money but they will fix the damages,I will make sure of it! Please everyone,do your research on Roxy,Ryan,Chris,Francisco is from interstate Mckinzie Movers,please research them before you give them your hard earned money. Unprofessional Bait-and-Switch Service

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. My experience with Safe Hands Relocation was not only disappointing, it was infuriating. What started as a reasonable quote quickly turned into a bait-and-switch situation. Major furniture items I clearly discussed during the intake call were somehow left off the inventory, resulting in a final price that was more than double the original estimate. When I raised concerns, I was met with condescending, unprofessional, and downright rude responses from their Dispatch Supervisor, Roxy. Rather than owning the company's errors, I was repeatedly blamed and told I must not have read the contract or understand how moving works, despite having worked with other moving companies before without issue. Even after their own representative acknowledged in writing that a partial refund could be discussed with billing, they refused to escalate the issue internally and told me to chase customer service myself, which is unacceptable. This company thrives on misleading estimates and hides behind rigid fine print to avoid accountability. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and aggressive customer service should be a red flag to anyone. Save yourself the stress. The crew was prompt, polite, and incredibly hard-working. They began at one house, quickly and safely moving out a couch, then came to my home where things got more challenging. Part of our new couch had to be carried around the back of the house, down a hill, and hoisted up onto the deck since it couldn’t fit down the stairs—but they handled it flawlessly. They also disassembled our daybed with ease, loaded it efficiently, and reassembled it at a third location without issue. Absolutely wonderful experience with Safe Hands Relocation! Kyle helped with the quote and was incredibly kind and accommodating—even when I had to change my moving date twice, right before the scheduled day. I had three movers today, and they all worked tirelessly. My driveway is extremely steep and difficult to access, yet they went up and down it countless times without a single complaint. They never stopped working (even though I wouldn’t have blamed them for taking a few breaks), and they were all so friendly and took excellent care of our belongings.
