Safe Load Moving And Storage did the ...

We hired Safe Load Moving And Storage to move back in August 2014. They accommodated our Saturday move. They were there when they said they were going to be there. The guys were very easy to get along with and they moved our stuff with care. I think they were very professional as a whole all the way down to the guys on the truck that did the actual move. Worst movers ever

When they arrived to pick up my things they tried to force me to sign a new contract for $1900 saying they would not load my things if I did not sign a new contract I did have to sign a paper saying if the weight of the load was over the amount quoted on my contract I would have to pay more. It was not. Everything except for two items arrived damaged in some way. Refrigerator, washer and dryer paint rubbed off down to bare metal knobs broken off, glass broken on bookcase, handles on hutch rammed through doors this is just a sample of the type of damage that was done. Horrendous experience

I am sorely disappointed in this moving company and the unprofessional way in which they handled my move. They no professional standards whatsoever. They failed to even take an inventory of my belongings. They didn't make any attempt to document any damages to the items. Overall it was a terrible experience. Read more
