I tell everyone I know not to use them.

I did hire them and then they came to the house and wrapped the furniture and tried to charge us about $3,000 more so I told them to get out. Yes, I did hire them. And then I fired them because they were horrible. They spent about 3 hours packing our furniture and wrapping everything. They made us go to Home Depot several times to get boxes that they said they needed and then didn't use. So they basically wasted our whole day. And after they had wrapped up everything, they told us it was an additional $2,000 or they were gonna leave. The manager was very rude and wouldn't talk to me. I can't get them to call back. They were very unprofessional. Read more

Charged for Cubic Square Footage NOT ...

DO NOT USE!!!! I just moved from Tampa to Denver. I was quoted 1075 cubic square feet. They SAID I used 1950 cubic square feet. They came in a moving truck (not the trailer) that had no markings on it to show the actual starting square footage line and stop line. Then they took "some" of my furniture out at an indisclosed location to accomodate the additional things I had in a separate location. They claimed I used a total of 1950 cubic square feet. When the delivery arrived in Denver it arrived in the actual semi trailer. It "started" at 2000. but they refused to unload unless I sign the agreement first and pay them in cash first for the full 1950 cubic square feet. The agreement that they ask you to sign says that they delivered EVERYTHING, that all things are in good shape and working condition and that you ARE using the amount of square footage they claim you are using. When they finished it was clear that the end mark was at 3200, proving that I only used 1200 cubic square foot in total. But I had already given them the money. I photographed the empty space and end mark on the truck and started photographong things as they were unwrapped. My daughter's headbopard and footboard (crib) were not delivered, her changing station was destroyed, her changing pad was missing, they broke my TV, broke my vacuum cleaner, and tore my daughter's new baby matress. i sent the claim and refund request to the supervisor Fernando and he said that I was fraudlulent as I took pictures AFTER it was unloaded. What a joke! of course I did. How am I supposed to photograph the empty space until my things were out. My things stopped at a point that was all seperated by moving straps and belts and it was clear that there was another preson's items on the opopsite side. And he was upset that I photographed the broken things and implied that I broke my own daughter's things. He said he referred me to legal, but I don't believe anything. They overcharged me $2531 plus the cost of the damaged/missing items. GET THE DIFFERENCE IN WRITING by witnesses. The driver saw the discrepancy and was honest and signed an affidavit for me showing that the actual space used by me was only 1200 cubic square feet. I also made corrections to the contract they insisted that I sign upon delviery: I wrote down that the items were NOT delivered in tact, that items were missing and that I was being robbed for 875 cubic suqare feet that i did not use. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. But READ everything you sign. They were supposed to unwrap all the furniture and they did not either and left a dresser upside down and two sofas unwrapped too. As a single woman with a 22 month old it is difficult to do these types of things alone and it is shameful how they treated me knowing that the reason for my move to Denver was for my daughter to get life-saving surgery. Items were broken and my estimate was ...

It wasn't good. They gave me a quote which wasn't realistic and then when the guy came for the pick up he just doubled the price. But I had no choice, I had to go with them whatever the price. The pack went fine, they did well, but when it reached over here quite a few things had been damaged. I'm struggling to talk to them about the reimbursement for the damaged items. I have quite a few things which are broken or damaged. Read more

They damaged the furniture I was ...

My experience was terrible. They damaged the sectional I was sending. It was completely smashed when it got to the destination. So I was not happy with my service. It was as if they piled things on top of it. The cushions are all coming apart, all the filler is all smashed in the back of the sectional and that was basically a new sectional that I was sending to her. Read more
