TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save ...
Don't assume that you will receive better service because you paid more money. I thought I paid additional money for peace of mind and quality, but I was wrong. I used Ship Your Car Now, LLC to have my 2011 Hyundai Elantra transported from Los Angeles, CA to Chicago, IL. I worked with Joe to have my vehicle transported and he was very professional and quickly helped me find a driver. The experience was actually very positive until I came into contact with the driver. The driver did not speak English as his first language, had a very thick accent, and poor communication skills. This presented issues throughout the course of the transport process. When he called me the first time, he told me he would be picking my vehicle up at 10pm because he had a lot of vehicles to drop off in LA. I told him I was not comfortable giving my vehicle to him at 10pm and asked him if he could get it in the morning. He yelled at me telling me that I was throwing off his schedule and that I better be ready when he gets there in the morning. When he called the next morning, he was being rude and disrespectful again. He had a hard time finding the apartment and got an attitude with me about it. When it was time for me to give him my car, he tried to charge me additional money for having my personal belongings in it when I had previously been told that it was ok for me to have things in my car. He told me that if I did not pay him he would not take my car. At this point, I called the office and got someone to talk to him. They calmed him down, he slammed my door, and sped off in my car. After he drove off in my car, I complained about how unprofessional he had been thus far and I was reassured that he would apologize to me, which never happened. When the driver arrived with my car in Chicago he had an attitude AGAIN and refused to drop my car off at my house. He told me that there was viaduct that was too low for him to drive under and that I had to met him 1 mile from my house. I gave him instructions on how to go around it. (I have had auto transport companies drop my car off at my house on 3 other occasions and this viaduct never presented an issue in the past.) He told me he would not try to go around it and that I had to meet him there or else he was putting my car in a yard then proceeded to hang up on me. I called him back twice and he did not answer. I called Ship Your Car Now and a lady named Cristy tried to mediate the situation. He was rude to her too so she got a manager, Garrett, involved. Garrett talked to the driver and the driver STILL refused to use my directions to get to my house. Garrett told me that the driver would come get me and bring me to my car but I was not comfortable getting into the car with him after our previous interactions so a neighbor dropped me off. I was down here in Alabama at the shop and the car was up in New Hampshire so they had to deal with a person up there. They were very good
They were very good. They took a very reasonable price and they service was good. I asked them to pick up the car on a Sunday but due to some reasons they picked up the car on Monday but delivered it on the right time. They worked pretty well they communicated all the time, what's happening and everything. I paid $150 at once and once they delivered the car I paid the remaining balance and there was no change in price.

When they were picking up the car, they were telling me it'll be picked up tomorrow. Great service at fair prices
They did exactly what they told us, there were no delays and the car is in perfect condition -- everything is fine. Their estimate was around $900 and I ended up paying about $50 extra. I spoke with one guy beforehand and he said that I could put some luggage in my trunk under 100 lbs. and I did it. But when they came to pick up my car they told me I needed to pay an extra $50 for that luggage in the trunk. The customer service was good as well. I called them a couple of times and they gave me the information I needed and the drivers' phone numbers and they have been updating me as well. I would recommend them to friends and family and tell them to go for it.

my Quote #: 525278-CL they are a third partners that means they are just organizers they have no actual shipping vehicles they just arrange for shipment through other companies. my shipment (motorbike ) supposed to be from California to saudi arabia, in close packing all the time and i asks specifically for any extra payment at the time of pickup due to previous negative reviews, i was told there will be no extra payment by Mr. Ferrari. The shipment was transported in open cargo all the time. delayed for 3 weeks in the warehouse as they arrange with Schumacher transport company. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA 750$ AS THE DIDN'T PAY FOR THE PARTNERS IN SAUDI ARABIA FOR LANDING FEES. when i contacted Schumacher transports they referred me back to ship your car now. I CONTACTED MR. Driver was accommodating
The car was okay, although it arrived much later than we thought. But we understand the problem. They gave us a certain date and they came many days later than we thought, but the driver was accommodating. Certain things they didn't tell us upfront, like you pay the driver - I didn't know that. Also, he doesn't take credit cards; certain things like that which were not convenient, that we could have known beforehand. Once we called and said we really needed the car, they delivered, but it just took longer than we thought. There was nothing wrong with the service but just some information didn't get passed on and what we expected to happen didn't happen. Pricing was very low compared to other companies, that is why we went with them. The crew was fine and the driver was great. All of the agents were very accommodating, very thorough. I really enjoyed the communication. No one was rude, and it was all very well-done. We just didn't have some information. We wanted to get what was promised, but things happen. I wouldn't recommend them because - like I said - it was very inconvenient. I don't know how other car companies work. Most car companies can't really deliver at a specific time. It happens a lot. They come for the car. I can't really say I would recommend them, but then again it might be the same thing everywhere else.

I didn't know how much it would be to get my van moved, but I did talk to a lot of people. A lot of time ended up getting wasted because of places telling me prices I wanted to hear. $800.... $850.... they had me thinking it would get done, took my money, and left me to sit and wait. I would call and call and then get treated like I was some scum bag for asking why my van hasn't moved. A friend had just had her car moved a few months ago and told me to call ship your car now. The difference in service was like black and white. I was treated like a person. The way a paying customer should be treated. They didn't want anything from me except to sign a document saying that I would use them and that they can find a driver for me. They took care of everything and I am now happily settled in my new home.

Not very prompt in getting the job done
Well, they gave me one price and once I booked with them and he said he gonna call me back and once he find the driver and later on when he called then other people called me and I have told everybody I am sorry I got somebody and then later on when I talk to him he didn't answer my phone for two hours I tried and he didn't answer, later then afternoon he called me back he said first he told me like four something the cheapest you can pay like 5. I ended up paying $50 more. They were professional. No I didn't talk to customer care. I think the service is great.

Timely service at best prices
They delivered on their promise. They have competitive pricing. That was good. I didn't see anything odd in the crew's behavior. That was good. Yes I did receive all the services that I have requested. Ultimately the responsibility lies in the customer. If you ask if I would recommend them, I would say yes. If the future customer wants to use their service - they can do two things, price comparison and see what is the best competitive price that the customer needs. That is how I would go around that. I didn't go looking for all the others competitors. So I couldn't tell you how other people have their price set.

My experience was actually really good. My car was picked up on a friday and actually was delivered by monday. The driver called me every single day to let me know the status of where he is and how the shipment is going on and all that. He showed up on time as scheduled. My car came in great condition. Nothing wrong, came the way as picked up. They were extremely friendly. Other companies had reviews where they had hard time contacting the drivers. Their driver is extremely friendly. We had conversation - like I mentioned before this man would call me every single day and let me know where he is how much longer he will arrive at destination and what time he will arrive. Everything went well. The time they said they were going to deliver the car, they did. They were several hours late but that was during pretty bad storm all through the midwest. Excellent service no problems at all.
It was good. All in all real good. I have no complaints. A lot of it is, you go into this and you don't know exactly how all of this works. The initial gentleman that called me was very informative. What I was particularly pleased was, we agreed on a price and everybody stuck to that price. The crew was excellent. The kid really knew what he was doing. He had the car loaded up in a matter of about five minutes and he was off. I would recommend them to my friends and family who will move their car in the future.

Exceptionally good service at fair ...
It was very good. The guy who helped me was called Isaac. Every time I called him, he would just pick up. I changed the date a couple of times and he kept on telling me it was fine. He arranged on that particular day for them to go and take the vehicle. So he was really helpful. I ended up paying them $550 but I compared it to other companies that called me and I think it was a pretty good offer. I am not a person who chit-chats when my stuff gets delivered. The guy I spoke to was very helpful. I don't know about the driver but the guy was really helpful. I have no advice for the customer service team. I think they are perfect. They should just keep up the good work.
