These guys were terrific!

I was referred to Josh Murray at Shur Way by a colleague. They had moved our company so,he had direct experience. I was actually going with a different company until i read some reviews of them and was scared to death. So,i went with Shur Way. I have a larger home (7,000 sq ft) so there was a lot of stuff. Josh was very patient and came to the house three times to explain the process and discuss options. I decided that I would do most of the packing and leave the rest to them. Since I had the time,it was the right decision for me. Their packers were terrific. They arrived right on schedule and got to work immediately. Very professional and fun to boot! On moving day,the crew arrived right on time and also got to work right away. And boy,did they work. It was truly amazing how quickly the emptied the house. Josh and I had planned on a day and a half to clear the house. These guys had it done in 7 hours on 3 trucks! The day to unload came and again,they arrived exactly at 8 am ready to go. The unload only took 4 hours! When they were done,Rob and Terry (the crew chiefs) went over all of the paperwork and explained everything. Due to the speed at whiched the team worked,they saved me a ton! The only negative is that there were 3 pieces damaged. But,the repair guy was there within minutes and they are taking care of everything. I was truly blown away by Josh and the team. I saw a couple of negative reviews but,given my experience,I find them hard to believe. Moving sucks but,these guys made it as tolerable as p[ossible. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Real pros! Thanks guys. I will be sending a note like this to the owner with the names of the crew members. THey deserve some recognition. Oh,by the way,one of them came up to me during the unload and handed me an envelope. It was stuffed with about $1,000. I had left it in my desk drawer! How about that?!!!! Surely the best service we got

The movers that loaded and unloaded the truck were very good, professional and efficient. They were on time and worked very hard. We felt comfortable working with them. There were no surprises. Overall it was a good experience. I have already referred them to my friends and family. Read more
