They were very on time. They were good, the only thing we noticed was that our mattress was ripped. We only needed them for two hours but they still charged us for the four hour minimum, which is fair I guess. We thought that was a little bit wrong and that they should have compromised because it was half the time.

Overall a pleasant move
It was really good. They were very prompt. They were right on time. I really liked that. They were specific on the start and stop time because for the three hours you have to pay for upfront. Considering my mom is elderly we had a couple of additional requests that they helped us out with. Electronics - they helped us out with. Certain things that we may not have ready but they were very patient with us. They were just pleasant - overall pleasant, all of them. From two or three quotes that I got, they were right in the ball park with everybody. I think they beat everybody. The crew members were great. Yes it was a good experience all across. They were right on the amount on what they quoted. They did very well. They didn't pack us but it was fine.

Very good company to use
It was a good experience. The only thing that I didn't like was that they weren't on time, it took them like a half an hour to get to our house. They were supposed to be there at 9 and they didn't show up till 9.30, but other than that everything else was fine. They were young kids, they weren't dressed in uniform. They did come with a truck which said Sigmund on it though. They did make a few scratches in the house but nothing that can't be painted. The price was good. The furniture arrived safely at the destination. The only thing that I would like to give them advice on is that if you say you were gonna be there at 9, I understand traffic and everything, but they charge by hour so they should be on time and the drivers have no cell phones to get in contact with anybody. That's the only thing that I would say they need to work on. I would suggest this is a very good company to use.

Good move but expensive
I didn't have a very big move so it was pretty quick. The movers were very good. They were on time. I did pay more than I thought I should. However, they were professionals and made sure they didn't damage the furniture. I was not happy with the pricing and felt it was expensive but considering the time it takes to load and unload furniture, it was pretty much okay.

Professionals delivering excellent ...
This was my first relocation and they have done an excellent job. They had to move me twice - first my belongings went into storage and then they had to be moved into my home. The crew was very nice, efficient, and caring. I did most of my packing but they did the furniture as it was going into the storage. Their estimate was not completely right as the moving process got slowed down due to a thunderstorm. I would definitely like to recommend their services to anyone who wants their home moved by professsionals.

Hardworking moving crew
The moving company that I hired for my recent move was such a hardworking bunch, they never stopped from the time they arrived at my house until the time everything was unloaded and unpacked at my new home.
