The service is impecable. The dispatcher was very clear on the estimate and what to do. The driver was very professional and provided me with ETAs consistently without being asked.The movers were very careful and pleasant and made the process very stress free. I recently hired Signature Van Line moving company to help me relocate from Portland,Oregon to Northampton,Massachusetts and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The team was professional,efficient,and careful with all of my belongings. They arrived on time and worked quickly to get everything loaded onto the truck. During the drive across the country,I was kept updated on the progress and arrival time. When they arrived in Northampton,they carefully unloaded and placed all of my boxes and furniture exactly where I wanted them. I was truly impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Unprofessional and A Scam

My experience with this company was awful and the most unprofessional process I have ever had. Signature was hired as a third party mover from True American to move me from GA to KS (who I also do not suggest in Aug 2022. I was told that my items would be kept in a temperature controlled facility in KS and I would have my items delivered to me when I was prepared and that my items would have a tracking system added to them so that they can be found in case anything goes wrong. Signature sent a mover the day of my move who was nice but spoke very little English and was not able to adequately complete the bill of lading which was the "contract" needed to be signed before the move was complete. This mover came with two teenage boys who I know did not work directly with Signature but I had to complete the move because my move was already pushed back a day and my lease was up at the apartment. This is how I knew Signature does not have their own movers but they simply hire someone with a truck to move for them and have no control or ability to make sure your process is completed with integrity. My truck was packed wrong which ended up costing me an additional $1800. True Van promised to settle the packing issue so that I did not have to pay the balance suggested by Signature upon my delivery. Over the next few months, Signature was not able to give me a location for my items, lied about them being in GA still when they were supposed to be in KS and were actually in NEW JERSEY, they did not respond to 90% of my calls an emails either. When they brought my items (with only a 24 hour notice), they attempted to charge me the original balance which was supposed to be settled. I refused to pay, believing that they would keep their word and work out the issue with True Van for the correct balance. They instead held my items hostage and in order to access my things that they took to a different storage unit in KS (but lied and said it was in NJ so I could pay more) and charged an additional $1000 due to their "inconvenience." I paid the balance to access my things and was going to handle it through the court system. When I was able to access the storage unit, my boxes were opened, items were missing (large items like TVs) and my key was laying outside of the storage unit where anyone could have gotten into it. My things were not secured and their only excuse was that they had to be moved 3 times and to file a claim for the missing items. The claims company they use only have 1.3 stars on Google and terrible reviews like them by they way. This company is a scam, unprofessional and needs to be held accountable. Read more

Bad Service, Rude Staff, Destroyed Our ...

First of all, most if not all of the boxes we had were delivered upside down. Missing pieces to anything that could have lost pieces. Doesn't matter that they wrapped furniture in plastic wrap since they obviously literally threw anything that could be thrown. Read more
