Awful, terrible, scammer

At first, they asked me over double price, since 4100to Almost 9000, and threat me that, if I want to get my packages, I have to pay. 2,they were rude moving and destroy my wall and stairs everywhere, when I asked them doing carefully, they refused and threat me they would leave right now, and will take my stuffs on their truck. 3, the service center likes a AI robot, never give any answer and just ask client to claim by paper work. 4, delay a lot, never on time. 5, lack of labor, and ask client as a free labor to help them move. 6, they don't really control the delivery schedule , they even don't know what time your package will be delivered, they gave me the wrong date, always wrong date, whatever arrived or deposit. 7:their customer manager would hang up client's call. All the good review on this page are fake and trap, don't believe them, don't pass your case on them. This company is a real suck asshole and jerk, all their mover's attitude looks like crime with awful attitude and behavior. Read more

Moving is the WORST. The movers from Sky Van Lines took away the stress from the situation with their positive attitudes, speediness, and handiness in assembling/ disassembling furniture. My last moving experience resulted in broken furniture, a true Kardashian moment with my mother, and tears over a schlitz at the nearest dive bar. Not this time, my friends! I usually don't leave reviews,but i am really happy i made a decision to chose Sky Van Lines for my move.It was a local move but handled very well.Crew did a really good job with Jay making the move so much painless and easy going.I was afraid it will be such a mess like my last move was 7 years ago but i am satisfied it wasn't so.They took really good care of my stuff.They used blankets to cover my large dining table and chine cabinet was totally covered in blankets and shrink.5+ for this company and the crew who did an amazing job. 3 guys from Sky Van Lines absolutely busted their asses for 12 straight hours for us.We had a complex, difficult move. We started by removing some things from a 3rd floor walk up, then headed to a storage unit and pulled a bunch more items out. After that, we went to a second 3rd floor walk up, where they simultaneously unloaded a bunch of the items previously loaded, and loaded up a ton of stuff into the truck. Finally, we headed to our new home, where they had to unload everything. They even managed to get our sectional to the 3rd floor, through a tight staircase, by dis-assembling and re-assembling each piece.They did a great job of protecting our items, and managing a very complicated process. We used Sky Van Lines a couple weeks ago -- during one of the worst heat waves in years -- and they were fantastic.  We'd use them again, absolutely.  Not only was the heat/humidity difficult, but the move itself was complicated: from our old apartment, then to our storage unit, then to our new place (with lots of stairs).The movers were friendly and professional, and were really careful with all our stuff. Sky Van Lines exceeded my expectations.

Sky Van Lines did an exceptional job moving my parents from their home into an assisted living facility. The movers were prompt, professional, efficient, friendly, careful, quick but not rushed. They were a pleasure to work with. I received a phone call telling me they were on their way at the exact time they had quoted. We had a couple items going to a different location. They handled the piano and heavy wardrobe without complaint. The space was tight and the items were very heavy but they got the job done perfectly. Great service at a very stressful time- moving. I recently helped move my son into a new hi-rise building-and Sky Van Lines were fantastic! They were extremely reliable and on time. We only had one day to move and hired them on a very short notice.They were very fast, careful packing and moving the furniture. We used Sky Van Lines to move between 2 apartments in West Los Angeles. What a wonderful experience! Customer service helped us coordinate an incredibly fair rate and accommodating moving date & time, and on moving day the crew of 4 movers were incredible! We had the entire 2 Bdr apartment packed, moved and unloaded in just a shade over 3 hours! If you're looking for a moving company in the Las Vegas area, look no further! We researched companies heavily and found Sky Van Lines to be the most affordable with best response rates. Our moving date got pushed multiple times and each time I called or emailed them, someone got back to me within 12 hours. On moving day, the guys were super efficient, and respectful of our belongings. They arrived a little early to see the products they were moving. It took them a little over an hour to load a full 2-bedroom apartment. I couldn't believe they had the truck loaded and we were on the road to our new house by 9:30 am! When we got to the house, they set up our furniture and unloaded the truck with ease. From start to finish, they were the best moving company I have ever worked with. This is the first time I have used a moving company. I am so glad I used Sky Van Lines. They gave me a great price (and I had a lot of boxes, over 40 plus 2 mattresses and many other items). They were courteous, friendly and extremely hard working. The owner provided me with the information and procedures needed to get going and when I was confused on pricing he clarified things and set me at ease. He was extremely helpful and sent two great workers. The movers didn't mess around. These two guys immediately got to work moving the boxes, and I was located on the 3RD FLOOR. These guys from Sky Van Lines are really great. They worked with my schedule and came quite late in the afternoon. I had just moved to town and started a new job. I had a couch that I really wanted in my apartment. This couch was ridiculously awkward to get up to the second floor in my apartment complex. It would not fit in the elevator as it was too long, so they worked magic to get it up the stairs. After much effort and determination on their part, they managed to get it into my apartment and I could not be happier!
