Worst experience ever

They said by contract it could take up to 14 days but they expected a week. It took three weeks. They broke a globe which I know they did but they won't admit it. The driver parked down the street and wouldn't deliver until we paid him the remainder amount in cash upfront. He wouldn't even come to the house. So I didn't have a choice but to actually give him money. They brought two people to unload which took them till two in the morning. The way everything was boxed up was a complete disaster, like food was opened and spilled in the boxes. It was just a nightmare. And on top of it when I called their dispatcher - I called their main number - they lied to me everyday that it was coming the next day. My family had to drive two hours each way waiting for them and they just never bothered to show day after day. And they never even bothered to call me back. So, finally I somehow got hold of the driver. And the driver was brokered to who I worked with. The company themselves never even returned a single phone call. Read more

Happy with their services.

They were very good. First off, and most importantly, they were on time. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do. Didn't have any excessive pricing or anything like that. They just needed to blanket wrap. They were supposed to take everything apart and they did. And they put everything back together again. I don't have anything bad to say that is for sure. Happy with the move

There are some lot of good things which happened with that move, some in my control, some not in my control. So I am very happy with the move. But the move could have been better - Yes. What ended up happening was that at the end of the day. I paid much more than what I anticipated in the beginning. Yes I did not have a choice in moving services. It was just that the price which was quoted to me and what I ended up paying was way too large. I anticipated some change in price but not to the extent which I was charged at the end. Yes packing was done up to my satisfaction. That was no challenge there. There were only two breakages but they did not tell me about that. Those are minor - those two breakages which happened. The crew were very professional, very friendly. Some of the things were not in their control but they did whatever they could on their part to help out. The only thing I would suggest to anybody is that - watch out for any other charges, especially the packing charges. Went above and beyond our expectations

They really did a good job. We are happy about it. Once we got organized with - it took little bit of logistics to get organized with them. Once they arrived. Once they got organized with them. They really went above and beyond the call of duty. They worked really hard - the three guys. We even got few minutes extra time and they helped us move things from room to room. They just did a really nice job. Everything came out of the truck as they had put it in. So we are very happy. They are nice people. The pricing was good. We received all the services we requested. We got all. It was good. My suggestion to future customers is - if it is possible have a quote on site. We were little bit remote. So if possible have them come out onsite and give you a quote. That would make the beginning part of the move a lot easier. We ended up not having the blanket wrapping because we felt it was going to take too much of time. We didn't had any of that plus they gave us wardrobe boxes and that was pretty much official. We held them to their estimate. They would actually want to change the price. We said that we ain't going to pay more than that. So they did for the price that they had agreed to. So it took a little bit of negotiation on our side but they did for the original price. It was really good. I really liked them. I liked everything about them. They were prompt. They were responsive. They were professional. They were nice. They were on time. They were quick. Worst moving experience

It was very very very bad, it was the worst thing ever. There are many hidden prices, they cannot show you when you signature the contract with them. Also they show you the fake experience with the people they said this is the comment from the people have a contract with them that you are the good work, you are big mover company and I read all that then they are said. Then I trust them. After that I make contract with the company, they take my furniture. They said it's gonna take 14 days to come to Austin, Texas. They took 21 days. And then when the came to my apartment here in Austin, Texas, the driver actually they said first thing from the truck to my apartment there was more than 75 feet, I didn't signature for that. No he said to me that we all signature there is no we gonna bill to you that. They said to me we need that $300 bugs extra money. I said to him, okay I cannot give you 300 bugs? He said to to me that he will make my furniture downstairs in front of the office manager. They said to me you take the furniture to my apartment the third floor. I said it's okay. And they go back and they assembled it. They go back and they assemble it and they go back and when my furniture is coming here one big wood is missing. There is a big wood and I said how can I get my money back. There is an insurance for my package, he said to me no, unlike this unlike this kind of stuff, when I called Alex. I think there is someone called Alex, He didn't respond to my phone actually, and I sent an email, he didn't respond to email. I called back to driver again about the wood, he said to me if we found it if I would come back to Texas again. If I found it somewhere I will come back to you and give that.
