Smart Move started with a simple mission: to provide high-quality moving services that focus on customers first. It all began with me, my wife, and our business partner. Working out of our home, my wife and I ran the daily operations while our partner—our first driver and trainer—handled the front lines. Back then, we had one office, five employees, and a single truck. Today, we’ve grown into a thriving company with two offices covering most of Arizona, 30+ employees, and a fleet of 5 to 15 trucks, depending on the season.
