TERRIBLE MOVERS, DO NOT USE THEM
StarWay Relocation is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. We were told they would provide quality service with no hidden fees. Those were complete lies. The minute that they received a payment from us (the majority of the payment we owed), they completely cut off communication. We called him up to twenty times and left multiple emails and texts that went unanswered, despite them being in control of our belongings. The service was awful and disrespectful. Our boxes then showed up completely smashed. Even the ones that said "fragile" were destroyed. The boxes looked as if they had fallen off a cliff. To make matters worse, they LOST part of our belongings. Our coffee table and desk (two items that seem pretty difficult to misplace!) were missing. They were unapologetic and told us to file a complaint, which we did and have heard nothing back. They have still not been found. To complete the fraudulent activity, they charged us OVER $350 MORE THAN EXPECTED. They claimed that the truck couldn't fit down our street, despite the fact that they never attempted even though we insisted that it would fit. We were told we owed this fee at arrival and they refused to take out our goods until the fee was paid. Not only did I feel abused, his workers looked abused. They sent 1 worker to take care of our belongings (which included a huge tv stand that needed at least 2 people to carry). The worker had extreme exhaustion and looked like he was going to pass out if we didn't provide water and a towel. Overall, this service was absolutely horrendous. Fillip himself completely misled us. DO NOT HIRE STARWAY RELOCATION. I have used 3 movers in the past, all were incredibly more reputable than Starway's service.

Very Poor Experience
This was a terrible move. First, the truck arrived a day later then expected. There were only three men, so loading and wrapping the furniture took all day. The furniture was not all blanket wrapped as required, causing some damage. One mirror, which we paid for and specified to be packed was not boxed, leading to more damage. When the truck arrived at the destination, there were only two men, who had just unloaded at another location. They were obviously overtired, so unloading took a long time too. They had NO TOOLS, and needed to borrow a knife to unwrap the furniture, and screwdriver to reassemble. Plus they needed our help putting things back together. Several large pieces of furniture were damaged because they didn't have enough men. Worst of all, the phone number is DISCONNECTED. So forget about filing a claim or making a complaint.
