Terrible Service
I used this moving service and they were unprofessional. They got to house and did not have dollys had to go buy some and then moved my things to my new house when we get there tells me look you got a really good deal i did not realize this move would take so long. I am like what I have to pay more he said no I am just telling you that. Then while they were moving my things in broke my recliner on my sectional coach and i pointed in out and he said o thats easy to fix this was on the 28th of April and its now 14th of May still not fixed. Scratched my coffee table my tv stand and also godged my kitchen table on top of that broke the wheel off my computer chair. I have been giving broken promised over and over and then says hes going to come on a certain day to call him and then never answers the phone until you call from a # that he does not know. Bad business. This not how you run a business. I was willing to give them a good reference but after this I would rather pay a higher price and know my stuff will not be damaged with a company that does not stand behind there work.

Most stressful move I've ever had
I am planning on contacting the Better Business Bureau and their licensing department because it was just the most stressful move I have ever had. They were scheduled to move my household including my piano on November 15th. They did move my house on that day but they said they couldn't move the piano because they didn't realize it was an old piano and if damaged their insurance would only by the pound. So Bill, who was the mover that was there along with another gentleman, maybe his name was James, said he would come back with more equipment and an another person to move that. We scheduled for the 17th which was a Saturday. Two days later, he called and said, he couldn't make it on the 17th, rescheduled to the 18th. They never showed up, never called back. I ended up rescheduling with him five times until the last time that he scheduled to move it was the 20th and every one of those times, I went back to my apartment that I moved out of and sat and waited for him. I wasn't able to reach him by phone or email. He didn't call me to cancel. Finally on the 20th, I had to have the piano out of there. He had not showed up for the fifth time and I sent him an email saying, I would find another service to move the piano. So I had only a couple of days to find somebody before the end of the month. I wasn't able to find someone. I had to turn my keys in late and I also had to pay $275 to have my piano moved when he had quoted me $60. I really feel I gave him the benefit of the doubt, rescheduling over and over again. In the end I ended up feeling stupid that I actually had to believe him that many times. I let him do that to me five times in a row. That was extremely stressful and it cost me a lot of extra money. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Movers only did half the job
This moving company did a terrific job with the first half of the move, getting everything out and moved to the destination, however after moving everything to my new home, they never showed up again. They said they would be back to finish the move and get everything down the stairs and into my home but they never did come back, so I had to hire a new company to come and finish what they started. Their prices were cheap, but I guess sometimes you get what you pay for.
