Theft,buyer beware
Unfortunately it seems clear that Jeff Moates and Supreme Movers may have stolen items from my move. Jeff states he loaded a box of electronics onto the truck but that was not witnessed by me,the last time I saw the box was in the garage during loading when I stated it was full of delicate,expensive equipment. I did not see the box loaded in Las Vegas. Upon arrival in El Paso the box was missing. I sat and watched the unload team without a break and the box was not on the truck. It could not have stolen during transit,I drove the truck myself and attended at all times. I have tried to resolve the theft with Supreme Movers but they refuse to admit any liability. Boxes simply do not disappear,especially expensive items. Supreme Movers arrived in a beat up very old car and mentioned the financial impact of their divorce. He played the sympathy card stating poor reviews had meant he had to lower his prices,I tipped him double his rate which I now regret. Buyer definitely beware.
