Swift Moving Systems compliment
We made our move Dec.2016, our move went very well over all. I gave a 3 day window, so we could qualify for a "piggyback move", where we save money by giving Swift a 3 day window. On the pick up day, we were over by a few boxes, and the price went up by $30, which we were fine with, since we had a bit more than expected, but we were still ok. Everything arrived safely without damage in a reasonable amount of time.

They are scammers.
Go read other reviews on Swift. They are scammers. They give a quote on the phone show up double the quote, late for pick up, late for drop off. Customer Service is a joke, broke major items in the move. IE fridge, big screen TV, dinning room table, Beds. I see a theme with all the comments that is the old bait and switch..Give you one price up front hook you in, then show up and nope new charge!! and not just a few bucks Thousands. Trying to claim broken items with them is next to impossible. Do yourself a favor and just move on to someone else these guys are a total joke of a company. Karma is coming for them.

Find another mover
Terrible service, terrible price. The movers that arrived to pick up our items were both professional and efficient, which gave us hope that we had made the right selection. We were wrong, the movers that dropped off our items were anything but. Rude, unprofessional, and wearing highly political t-shirts( promote your beliefs on your own time, not mine). One of the movers broke the leg of my $600 dresser and said nothing, he just rested the dresser on it to make it look okay, very dangerous. The same gentlemen assembled the bed frame without putting in any of the screws and it feel apart the second we attempted to move it. They were not careful with our other things, many small items broken, and a few missing items as well. The price was also almost double what we were quoted, moving across the country we were prepared for some hidden charges but not that many.

Superbly skilled movers
Despite the fact that I wasn’t expecting much from Swift Moving Systems, they conducted my move very professionally. They quoted very reasonably and that’s why we hired them in the first place. But they gave us real value for that money. The movers were all very strong and efficient. The entire move went very smoothly without any problems. The delivery was made right on time and nothing was damaged. The movers were very well trained and their skills ensured this move to go well. I highly recommend them.

Very relieved
I didn’t want to risk my deposit in my old rented apartment. When I called Swift Moving Systems, they said they would be very careful. They really were very careful. They arrived on time and started packing everything first. They were very thorough. They used a lot of tapes but didn’t charge me extra for it. I did have to pay for the boxes though. When they were carrying everything out, they took extra caution to damage any walls or floors. There were no damages anywhere and I got my deposit back. The movers delivered on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. I am so relieved after the way this move went.

I am fully pleased
I hired Swift Moving Systems when a friend recommended them. To be honest, I thought they were a little overpriced. But there were the first moving company I had ever hired so I will let you be the judge of their pricing. The four movers arrived on time and they were all very efficient. They knew exactly how to approach the job. They packed up all my belongings pretty fast. They carried big pieces of furniture with ease and maneuvered through narrow hallways of my old house. The delivery was made on time and nothing was broken or damaged. I am very happy with the way they handled everything during the move.

They live for the applause
Where I live, moving companies are seemingly unheard of. For small towns, moving companies are a luxury. It was a necessity for me though given I was moving to the city. I hired swift moving systems in a heartbeat for their reputation. This company is just too professional. Every little detail is foreseen by them. The movers were all very capable men who came prepared with all the right tools. They finished the job in such a short amount of time and displayed amazing skills. All my belongings were safely delivered after two days and I just couldn’t be any happier. I am so relieved for the way they helped me.

A friend in need
I tried packing my things for two whole weeks. With two jobs and a kid to look after, I gave up at a point. Then I hired Swift Moving Systems. Their movers showed up and everything was a smooth sailing from there on. They made everything look too easy. I kept wondering why I hadn’t hired them before. They organized the boxes inside the van and set off with all my belongings. After three days they delivered everything to my new place. They helped me unpack and put my furniture together. I'm forever grateful to these amazing movers. They were my friends in need when my actual friends only gave me excuses.

They did it all!
Swift Moving Systems did it all! Took all the big items and didn't scratch or break anything. I was impressed with how quick and careful they were. The guys were friendly and polite but most importantly were extremely professional. They are efficient, funny, and great to work with. I have only one regret which is I forgot to tip them. I loved their crew. They are number one.

Best mover in the country
Mind Blowing! I guess they are the best mover in the country. I moved many times all through my life till now but never saw any mover who possesses all sorts of qualities together. They helped me move from FL to LA. When they handed over my valuables, my fifteen year old son scrutinized each and every item but failed to raise any point against Swift moving systems. I am completely happy.

Horrible Experience
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I used this company for relocation from Oklahoma City to Chicago. When talking to the salesperson, he promised it would get there July 1st, telling me July 14th at the latest in the moving window, but definitely would be there July 1st. The movers came June 27th and took our things and from that point it was a disaster. I was not given an exact time and begin calling customer service and dispatch. They were extremely rude and unhelpful and passed me along to looking online. Online said that it had not even been loaded. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET OUR THINGS. My roommate would talk to the company everyday and they would put her on hold for hours, hang up on her, or be extremely rude and unhelpful. Once we got our things, many of the boxes had water damage and had water inside the objects in the box. This was not at all the experience promised. Save your self the pain and hardships and go with another company.

DON'T DO IT!!!! USE ANYONE ELSE
First of all, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They mislead me on price, took forever, and DESTROYED multiple items. Namely, I HAD a nice solid wood TV stand that was damaged so bad that it couldn't even be used again. It was so badly broken that it was almost comical. I needed to move from Iowa to Florida in a shortened timeline due to accepting a new job. I was going to use a Uhaul and move my own things as I didn't have that much to move. However, I decided to compare prices and was contacted by Swift Moving Systems. It was the first company that called me and I was skeptical on moving services in terms of price. I spoke with **** who was actually pretty nice (I thought), but I told him what I had to move and he gave me a price of roughly $1800 which was fairly inexpensive. He told me that since I had a small load that it could be put with another truck but that I only had a limited time to decide. I read through the contract and the estimate and didn't do my due diligence which was regretful. The movers arrived...2 days after they said they would. After they got there and assessed my load they said that it was going to cost another 600 dollars. I had no choice as I had already put down a deposit. It looked like the movers wrapped everything up nicely in order to protect them. But I believe that the moving of my stuff to different trucks through different facilities and drivers led to lack of accountability. I am going to try and get as much money back as I can but it was a learning experience that was expensive and won't soon be forgotten.

Just the most awesome move
I was absolutely fed up of the moving companies who are just out there to make a profit and cause damage to valuables. I hoped swift moving systems wouldn’t give me a ridiculous quote, which they didn’t. Their movers were very good. They were very fast when it came to packing and loading. They were very professional and the clock didn’t start till they arrived and started actual work. I don’t have a lot of belongings. But even then, I felt they were very quick at the job, thorough as well. They delivered on time and I just didn't see a reason why I should have any complaints.

No fake promises
Swift moving systems is one of those companies who don’t make promises only to break them later. They were very honest with me while informing that I was the third appointment for the crew on my moving day. I thought the movers would be really tired by then. But the boys were really energetic. They took no time in packing everything. They carried all the heavy items quite expertly. Even the delivery was made on time. I was relieved to find all my belongings in great condition. I am guessing they warned me just as a precaution but most companies don’t even bother with that.

You don't even have to lift a finger
I am absolutely frightened of packing. I just cannot get myself to do it. I hired swift moving systems and I went for the “full pack”. They literally came in and packed all of my belongings. Then they carried everything to the vans, moved and unpacked everything in my new house. The crew of 3 men arrived right on time to my doorstep. They were so efficient at packing and putting everything into boxes neatly. I literally did nothing! They delivered everything on the same day to my new house. Then they unpacked everything, read the labels correctly to put the boxes in the right rooms and placed all the furniture exactly where they should have gone. Can you possibly have any complaints after such good job?

Be very very cautious
My move was a disaster. The quote went from 4100 to 7500 (once the truck was loaded). They told me they would use a company truck but used a common carrier. Those who delivered the furniture did not keep track of inventory and I received stuff that was not mine and did not receive stuff that was mine. In addition the packing of the truck was such that boxes were mangled and furniture damaged. Office staff was not helpful when I called. It was the move from hell. The promises made by the salesperson was not the reality in many areas. Be very cautious.

Worst Experience of My Life
Three weeks after pick up I'm still without my belongings. The company seems to work by making promises outside the contract, telling you what the contract says is just formality, then doing whatever they want and claiming "It's in the Contract". Untrustworthy, shady, and unprofessional to say the least. Overcharged after the truck is totally loaded, told it would be adjusted by the company if I just call them, of course it was not. Told they were insured, then that insurance is only for total loss covering .60/lb. That's nothing. You can buy insurance but the premium for what they offer was $20,000 for $30,000 coverage. They tell you this with a straight face. You can never reach anyone on the phone, leave messages that are never returned, and this goes on for days, weeks. I've been told for almost three weeks that my things are being loaded "tomorrow" and every tomorrow I call and oops, no, that's tomorrow again. Lots of excuses and lots of lies. I never would have gone with them had I any idea my things would be sitting somewhere for three weeks - and they won't even tell me where they are! Thinking about it makes me nauseous. Stall tactics, stringing customers along so that they can't/won't take action because by telling you - it's loaded now! - the customers think their stuff is finally on its way. Except it's not. I will update this once I receive my things, but for now I'm marking awful for everything because I've never had such a horrible experience with any company in my life. SAVE YOURSELF

It was a terrible experience.
The sales representative that contacted me originally ... He really tried to like avoid discussing things. Whenever I asked him questions directly he would give me very sort of vague answers. I always had concerns that the estimate he gave me by the phone was not entirely accurate. ...He convinced me that no, his estimate was accurate. Well when the movers actually came they charged me twice as much. ...The tracking system the company has set up is not truly a tracking system. It's just a website where you submit a request and then somebody calls you back and leaves you a message with no information whatsoever. So for three weeks I didn't know where my things were. ...When my things arrived, the driver told me that they're gonna charge me an additional shuttle fee. ...I have not seen an invoice from them, so I have to constantly call them, harass them to get them to actually do their job.

Really qucik answering and providing a ...
The price they provided was pretty good. They have quick answers on the beginning. Just after I had the contract of service, I had some issues receiving answers about where was the moving and how long it would take me to receive cause we had to reschedule. But once I sent a message to the manager, I got a quick answer. She even called to apologize.

Bad experience.
I didn't have a very good experience with them. What they told me orally or verbally and what they have documented in the paperwork they seem to have differed quite a bit and they did not tell me that. I felt a lot of bad experience with them.
