What a con
I was referred TCLE from Bright Side moving group, i paid my initial deposit and even went so far as to increase the cubic footage, from the original quote, about fifty cubic feet. the first half of the move when so smoothly comma they arrived punctually.Got right to work, had everything packaged and loaded up within an hour or two. Where we start having problems is prior to having the vehicle loaded.They said I was over my cubic footage. They showed up in a twenty six foot box truck, which, on average, is about 1700 cubic feet, with my small storage, I should have had a quarter of that filled before I ran out of space. I was not anywhere close to over period so after paying for packing materials, which I will agree with.They snuck in another three hundred and seventy something cubic feet charges almost doubling my quote Immediately. My quote said that I had to pay half on pick up and the other half on delivery. And I was prepared to do so. However the mover refused to honor that deal and said that, I was required to pay sixty percent of the now inflated cost. I asked for proof that I was over my allotted space, and I was not given any proof and was ignored... finally i broke down and paid because I was not going to continue to have an argument with someone who barely was speaking english in the middle of a residential neighborhood. After paying, I was assured and guaranteed. That because they did not do same day delivery that it would be arriving next day.And here's where we are now... next morning comes. I ask the driver with my stuff. What time I can expect them? And I get told he is not delivering today. And to call the dispatch office for an explanation period and then continues to ignore my calls.I now have no idea where my property is.I've been calling the office all morning and have not gotten a call back.And am still expected to pay another outlandish half....
