This was such a pleasant moving experience for everyone involved. I was pleased by how professional the movers were and how proficient they were with their work. The job got done a lot faster than we thought it would and their rates were very reasonable as well. The movers didn't keep their promise

I had a horrible experience with this company. The initial estimate that they gave me early on was much less than what I ended up paying them. They charged me an extra $50 on top of the quoted price. It was an awful experience. Read more

Texas Brothers Moving: NO, Green Van ...

I was originally booked with Texas Brothers Moving. They weren't the most expensive, but not the cheapest either. The sales people were very nice. But unfortunately, the operations side was absolutely heinous. I had requested morning or early afternoon because of traffic. 2 days before, they said probably between 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Fine. Then they were supposed to call and confirm in the morning. They didn't. I had to call them and then they said between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Around 4:30, the guy calls and says they're coming from Arlington (to Dallas) and they'd be there within the hour. Alrighty. At 6:30, he calls and says they have a flat tire and they should be back on the road in 45 minutes. I asked to reschedule, and they acted like I'd inconvenienced them. He said he'd have to call me back, then 30 minutes later, I called them and said I'd left and we weren't going to be able to do this today. It's 7:00pm now. Operations manager, Chris called me back and apologized and said he'd call me in the morning around 8:00 or 8:30am to reschedule, after he'd mentioned they'd be busy tomorrow. Not my problem, jerk. He decided to call around 9:00am and by then, I'd already called Green Van Lines, which cost quite a bit since it was short notice. But they showed up and did what they were supposed to do. That's more than I can say for Texas Brothers Moving. The lady from Green Van Lines told me they're operating without a license and only one truck. Jesus. Read more

A job that deserves a pat on the back

I am new to the US and this is my first move and they have done a great job. The movers were cheerful and friendly. Their way of packing is very good. Felt good working with them

The movers were very quick at their work. They were pleasant and clean in their appearance. I felt very comfortable around them. My only disappointment was that a piece of glass broke, they said I would be hearing from somebody from the company. But no one called. The gentlemen themselves are very good and very quick. Unfortunately accidents do happen even in perfect situations. It was just a piece of glass but I was hoping I would hear from them. Read more

Fantastic Experience

These guys were incredibly professional and was a good experience overall. Came in just slightly higher than the original estimate over the phone, but well within what I would expect. Awesome service and accommodating ...

It was the reasonable price that made us choose this company. They were very accommodating and they helped us move our date up a day. The three gentlemen who showed up for the move were very helpful and friendly. The most important thing was from the office staff to the movers they were very receptive and willing to help. Hard Workers - Great Job

Texas Brothers Movers, espeically our crew Sid, Don and T-Ray did an outstanding job. It was over 105 degrees on both days of our move and they worked hard the entire time. Our furniture is quite bulky and took more room on the truck than anticipated, but they worked hard to make it all fit. I have refered TBM to others already. Read more

These guys are fantastic

Moving is stressful, and my last move was the beyond stressful. It was supposed to be easy, from a one bedroom in the same complex to a big two bedroom. Nope. The two bedroom smelled like William Morris himself lived there for the last 56 years. There was NO WAY I was living in that place, no matter what kind of cleaning they tried to do. Texas Brothers Moving moved me, not once but twice. I had zero problems scheduling, and the prices were MUCH better than other companies I have used in the past. The 3 men arrived EARLY, and worked with a smile. On the second move, it was a bit more tricky, but again, they showed up early ready to work. They were everything I could ask for, making sure they wrapped all furniture, and were careful with our valuables. You also get a 3% discount for cash payment vs credit card. Better than expected

I have never used a moving company before, and wasn't sure what to expect. But the crew who showed up (10 minutes early) led by Jonathan put ALL my fears to rest. Jonathan did a quick walk-through of the house and asked a couple of questions before he gave his instructions to the other crew members (all before "logging in" their start time). They were quick and VERY professional in their work. All the furniture was wrapped either in blankets or plastic wrap. We were moving to Sherman (a 1-1/2 hour drive) and they arrived at the new house promptly and unloaded very quickly. All I had to do was stand at the door and direct them to which room to put the furniture in, and where I wanted it placed. I had no damage at all, to any of my furniture, or any of the boxed materials. I would definitely recommend Texas Brothers Moving to any of my friends or family. Read more

Awesome packers

I wanted to take a minute to write and tell you how amazing the packing crew and movers who came today were. The two ladies who did the packing were very quick and clearly knew what they were doing. The men who came later in the day after the packing was finished had us moved in less than 5 hours. Smooth move

This was my first time hiring movers and it went so smoothly, I will never move myself again. They arrived early and were so efficient with the time. I moved a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom about 5 miles away, and it took around 4 hours. They were very careful with my items and helped wrap a few larger items that I could not do myself.
