Green Truck movers caused over $1,000 in damages to my furniture and will only offer me $120 for compensation for my damages!! Green Truck movers arrived at my home on moving day over an hour late. They arrived ill prepared for the job at hand and did not have enough moving blankets for my furniture. Instead,(unbeknownst to me),they decided to stack my furniture in the moving truck without adequate blankets damaging over $1,000 in my furniture. They also did not return some of my personal moving blankets that I loaned to them because they were ill prepared for my move. They also misplaced and broke several pieces of glass tops for my furniture. I filed a claim BEFORE Thanksgiving and it has not been resolved. They have offered me $120 for OVER $1,000 in damages. This company is unprofessional and incompetent. I even gave one of their movers a washer and dryer for free and this is how my gratitude is repaid? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR FURNITURE I had a great experience with them with a previous move,but my recent experience has been FAR from good.

Trust the negative reviews. I wish I would have read them first. What I would say is the same thing already written in the negative reviews, including doing drugs on the job. Steer clear of this company.

Excellent Job!
This company did an absolutely excellent job. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They worked non-stop for 7.5 hours to get me moved and were very careful to wrap my furniture so nothing got scratched or broken. They were extremely polite and professional and I would absolutely use them again. The end cost was within the range they had quoted me. I highly recommend them!

Awesome packers and movers
If you are moving soon in Nashville, I can't say enough good things about Green Truck Movers. They packed and moved us, and their entire team is super-professional and friendly. They were on-time, hard-working and extremely flexible. We had a couple of last-minute changes, and they just rolled with it and did whatever it took to make it work. Moving isn't fun, but these guys make so much better! Oh, and the total was less than the estimate!!
