Terrible experience

Our corporate move did not get completed in the agreed upon timeframe causing inconvenience to our business. We had to bring in our own employees to complete the move because Ray Hamilton understaffed the job. Many items were broken, scratched, and dented during the move. Despite not completing the work agreed upon in a timely manner, they tacked on random fees onto the final bill even though the contract said "price will not exceed" the specified amount. Some of the extra fees were for items clearly marked in the contract as being included in the original price. The worst part of the move was dealing with the owner of Ray Hamilton during and after the move. We had a very poor experience and would never recommend them to anyone. Read more

Terrible,unethical and deceitful

Quoted $5000, at delivery was told $7200 because the sales person quoted incorrectly. JD Wallis is the owner and has done this time and time again to several people, you can check public records to see how many people have had to sue this man for their money or their freight. They movers have not been trained, product was damaged and not disclosed. Specialized movers, I don't think so, this was a mess and I would not recommend using this company to move horse manure. Terrible all the way around, used to be a good company until JD Wallis bought it and took over. Read more
