The customer service is ridiculous but ...
I liked that Thrifty was giving me a quote for the truck not the individual boxes. Later on my move was changed to another state so i changed it to Ohio. I confirmed with the sales rep that there was no extra charge for staircases, but then when the people came to pick up my stuff, they said they had to charge me $150 extra because i'm on the third floor. I tried to call customer service but they didn't answer any of my calls. The customer service is not very good, but the service is very good, the pick-up guys are very good. They packed everything very nicely and delivered it here very nicely. Dealing with these guys was horrible
