Had a large package shipped from Florida. It was given to these people to finish the delivery. The originator of the package had explained that once the package was at a local company, an appointment would be set up. The individual that called left a message saying that his truck would be in the area between 8 and 11. My wife tried calling back several times only to get a busy signal every attempt. The company called back in the evening and my wife tried to inform the person on the phone that she already had a doctor's appointment at that time. The person on the phone was extremely rude, interrupting every time we tried to talk. He stated that if we didn't want the delivery, we could wait until the next time he had a truck coming to our area but couldn't or wouldn't tell us when that was. I got on the phone with him to better understand the situation and he was almost at the point of yelling that everyone should understand the shipping industry because he has been doing it for thirty five years. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he replied that he is the supervisor. Finally agreed to have the item delivered. And the delivery person left the item leaning against the garage door so when my wife got home from her appointment, she had to move the large package by herself before being able to park. This company should not be in business! Crap customer service! Crap delivery drivers! The manager is so bad that I can't describe him here. Read more
