DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS

First of all, let me start off by saying what a coincidence it is that all the"compliment" reviews below were written the same day just minutes after each other...clearly this company writes their own reviews on themselves because NO ONE writes anything good about them, which just fits perfectly with what dishonest liars and cheaters these people are and also how unintelligent they are. If you are going to write a review, at least write it on a different day and time, morons. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. This company is full of liars and they try to cheat you out of your money. I was given a quote for $225 truck included and when they show up they charged me $375 saying they were charging me now for the truck!!! ($355 after the deposit!) They then said that I put my $20 down payment down and should know the price and its my fault. Not only that, they look like thugs off of the street and are SO rude!!! They broke a few of my things (unapologetic of course) then conveniently "forgot" to take money off for that when I was paying until i reminded them. They also charge for tape and boxes (which they make you unpack in front of them so they can reuse them after they leave you!! $7 to rent a box for one hour and NO HELP UNPACKING THEM!!! AREN'T YOU MOVERS!? They used SO MUCH TAPE!! trying to scam me for $3 here and $3 there with the damn tape. It took me hours to get all of the tape they used off of my furniture which they put directly onto my wood...oh because they don't do that for you either. They also just plopped everything in one room not helping me (a small single female) move anything. They also called at 11 to confirm their arrival at 12. I waited and waited and called 5 times with no answer..they did not show up until 2:30! When I called to complain, the asshole I spoke to in customer service told me that they had a three hour window. I said I understand that, however, I could have been doing things the past 2 and a half hours, why would they confirm a time if they weren't going to come for 2 and a half hours? The guys was a total jerk and told me he couldn't do anything for me. What happened to customer service!? Also discovered after I moved and they were already gone that they completely ruined my front hall cabinet when moving my couch and didn't mention it to me, the ONE time I took my eyes off of them, they destroy my cabinets. That cabinet was over $1,000!! These people are dishonest jerks. At the end of the day, they broke my things, complained, were rude, showed up late, lied about the charges, attempted to get away with not giving me money off for breaking all of my things, used as much tape and boxes possible to rack up more money, what a miserable experience. Friendly, Helpful, Courteous and ...

From the moment I got on the phone to the minute the guys left to put my stuff in storage, I knew what was going on. Everything happened exactly as it was scheduled. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, courteous and well-informed. Moving is never fun or easy, but this is absolutely as good as it gets. Highly Recommend Top Class Moving

We highly recommend Top Class Moving and would use them again if necessary. Brian, the representative we dealt with, was courteous and professional and neither undersold nor oversold. He presented the facts without being pushy and we trusted him from the start. The company included shrink-wrapping and blankets and two free wardrobe boxes and does not charge extra fuel taxes, etc. When loading day came, we were very impressed with Yanni, the truck driver and team leader of the "loaders". He also was pleasant and professional and worked hard and fast, though carefully, to package and load our belongings. It was a ditto at the other end. Great Moving Experience

I was very skeptical in hiring a moving company, because my last experience was so horrible. However, Top Class stayed in great communication via email and phone about our inventory list and move date. I really liked how the company sends out a representative to take inventory of our belongings. I also loved the crew that was sent out to my home. They were polite and courteous. They worked fast, but took care and caution with our valuables. When they unloaded our things at the delivery destination, the crew was on time and super-fast!
