THEY DID NOT SHOW UP IN THE TIME FRAME ...

I had to move and hired this company, gave a deposit and signed a contract. They were supposed to arrive at my storage unit at 11am as I had to reserve an elevator with my new building which had strict rules stating I could only move until 3:30pm. I had an elevator reserved from 12-3:30 as stated on my signed contract. I waited for them and took time off work for over 4 hours. They arrived at 3:15pm with no chance that I could get to my new building even by 4pm. The woman who answers the phone at Top Notch, Francine, asked to call my new building property manager and beg for me to be an exception (which makes me look bad at the new building and is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL). My building had to speak to me about the lack of professionalism of my movers and THEY WILL NOT EVEN REDUCE THE PRICE WHEN I HAD TO TAKE AN EXTRA DAY OFF OF WORK FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Also, when I ask for the owner, Henry's, he "is unavailable and doesn't answer the phone." I am ready to sue them. Read more

Dania Beach to Brickell

We were looking for a quick move from Dania Beach to Brickell and we were a little skeptical but they showed up within an hour as one of their trucks was nearby. It took a looooong time to get to Brickell but you can't blame Miami's traffic, I would recommend doing this over the weekend on a Saturday! Read more

Moved from VA to FL

We moved from VA to FL couple weeks ago, the move was great. Henry quoted me $2000 over the phone that's included everything. there is no hiding fees or any other fees. I must say that they did a great job. Toni Arthur and Sidney are the best! came on time and even finish 1 hour earlier than expected. Toni called the office to confirm the refund and Henry approved it in less than 2 minutes. I went with them to their office just to say thank you. WARNING- DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They lost,stole, damaged my items. They LIE, don't pick up or deliver as planned, they DID NOT HONOR THEIR OWN CONTRACT. They took my money readily, then did not fulfill their contract,did not complete the move, lost my items, did not attempt to find my items- so they may have stolen them-, did not return phone calls, did not do what they said they were going to do to fix this, in fact THEY DID NOTHING!
