Top Tier Van Lines is a full service moving company! They came out prior to the move to quote my clients on price for packaging and moving and recommended what size storage facility they would need as well. They had no storage units left in the size we needed so they even went so far to find one in the area with another reputable company. Everyone from the owner, front desk, packagers and movers were amazing and professional. Thank you for all your help!

Dishonest company
I spent more than $2000 extra on this move than I planned bc of Top Tier’s dishonesty,lack of communication and nonexistent customer service. Asked them to move furniture to 2 destinations plus do a furniture swap when they arrived at the first destination,on a specific date. Was told it could be done for a price that was lower than competitors so I booked them. The day before the move,I had to remind my rep that I was supposed to get a call from them to give me the delivery details and while my rep never called me back,I got a call very late in the afternoon from someone from “dispatch” who was coordinating the move. This person told me they’d arrive tomorrow afternoon which was what we agreed upon. Cool. The day of the move however,I learned that almost everything I was told by the sales rep Jon Davis when purchasing was not true,including: - The 2 destination move plus furniture swap was “not possible” and “not on paper” (despite being told / seeing it was on the contract when I booked) and I’d be charged at least an extra $1000 to do it - Being told that they’d “arrive in the afternoon” meant arriving to pick up the furniture from the storage unit that they knew I wasn’t going to be at since it’s out of state,not arriving to drop it off at my home like we discussed/I expected - They “couldn’t guarantee” when they’d deliver my furniture to me - it could be the next day,the day after or another time in the future - I was forced to pay extra for glass furniture padding,despite the sales rep knowing I had glass furniture pieces when booking and told me I wouldn’t have to pay anything besides the up front cost I prepaid Meanwhile,Jon Davis my “personal rep” never once responded to my multiple calls,voicemails and emails frantically asking him to get back to me because “Top Tier” was not honoring what I paid for when booking with them in the first place. It’s been over a week and still haven’t gotten any response from Jon nor their customer service.
