Scam Artists

Used a fraudulent broker, JB Hunt Movers, who misrepresented themselves as the national freight company to get my business. Insisted on a huge cash payment at pickup, huge red flag. Now I have been calling every day for the last two months and they refuse to pick up the phone or return my calls. I paid these scam artists over $5000 to steal everything I own. I have filled complaints with the FMCSA, BBB and reported them to the police. Read more

failure to deliver and call back

seemed like great movers in picking up our items but then weeks later we could not get them to return phones calls nor deliver our items as we had already made 2 of the 3 payments - they wanted only cash or certified checks (red Flag) - I do not recommend these movers - BEWARE Read more

Great Mover

I worked with Anthony on my move to set everything up. He was polite but a little pushy at first but only because there was a truck that they were trying to fill up and he wanted to save me money. So the price was a amazing compared to my other quotes from 5 star rated companies but more than the smaller companies I spoke with. I was tempted to go with the cheaper price but am so thankful I didnt because I have heard the stories from other people. A couple days before the move I received a call from Nate with the quality assurance dept... He was around for me whole move and was exceptional, when it came to customer service. The only 2 issues I had with the company was that the guys that showed up didn't speak great english ( But 1 ) and they broke a mirror. Other than that they were amazing and very fast. I was in a 5 bedroom home and I thought it would take a whole day but they finished in about 4hrs... Tim the driver/foreman was great and I would recommend this company to my own family. Thanks Again

This is the second time I moved with them. Both times I had the same foreman Tim. The person who set both my moves up was Nate but I think he works out of Florida. The only issue I had with my move is that they were one day late but I was expecting some delays since Nate called me a couple days before my move and said they were running behind. But like last time they did a great job and gave me a 100.00 credit since they were picking up outside my window. I would use them again for the 3rd time whenever my job relocates me next year. very bad

Never use this company and don't even consider it! It is worse than moving by yourself. The driver was late for picking up and he started to recruit the movers just after coming to my place. He kept raising the price after coming to my place and it ended up double than the origin quote. I moved with my wife and two children. For every turn of the movement, he threatened my family for more money. Otherwise, he won't do the moving. We finished the movement until 2 am in the morning while my children were crying. Read more

Worst experience and customer service ...

Avoid, they appear to be a fraud, scam and definitely don't deliver. After confirming both pick-up dates and delivery dates, they didn't show up on time for either, although weather a factor for delivery.... the driver assured me a little snow wouldn't slow them down....ha. Still missing two beloved Lazy Boy recliners.......lost.....and no one cares.....no help from customer service and their agent-Colonial Van Line Relocations Services. Read more

Don't use TR Moving

Worst move ever, and I've done this many times. Damaged furniture, lack of care, adding my load to a truck with 2 other loads without sufficient space, not keeping to schedule, etc. To top off my misery, someone in the crew apparently took my credit card info when my purse was unattended, and went shopping that night on Best Buy.
