Most unprofessional move, not qualified

I had a full house move with full packing. I moved from New York to South Carolina. There was NO white paper wrap on the items in the boxes of his household items. There were items just thrown in the boxes without any concern for his personal processions. There was metal and wood packed together without wrap causing damage to the items. Lampshades with other items to damage the shades. Lampshades should be wrapped and packed alone. The use of wardrobe boxes used for misc items the most costly of the boxes was not in the consumers best interest. Those boxes are intended for hanging clothing items. This by far is one of the most unprofessional moves. Many items damaged and others lost. The packing crew were not trained and had no understanding of how to pack or move. The whole crew was complaining how little they were paid and pushing for tips from the moment they got there. The company did little or nothing to help us out even with pictures of the unprofessional move. Find anyone else. Read more

Beware!!!!

Do NOT USE THESE MOVERS! BEWARE!! So I recommended these guys to my sister after my tenant had used them. Well while they moved my sisters belongings from her old home to the new home they damaged a marble stoop so my sister had to pay for the broken stoop to be fixed upwards of a few hundred dollars. Igor who calls himself the owner of this company said he has insurance and would issue her a check for the repairs. Now,my sister and her husband are the nicest people on this planet they followed up with him for the check once or twice and he never sent it even though he promised he would. So I got involved bc I felt responsible since I recommended him and after months and months of calling him for the money he ignores my calls. Finally when he answers he threatens me curse ME out when he's the one that owes us money this guy is a CROOK go elsewhere please do yourself a favor hire honest normal business people he is totally a hot headed unprofessional thief! Worst Customer Experience Ever

Seriously the worst customer experience of my life. Save yourself the headache and some sanity. Some examples of service - scheduled pick up on the last possible day of their window between 9 and 11AM. After literally 6 phone calls arrived at 6:30 PM with 2 movers for a full service move of a house. - Packed our house until 4AM after we were forced to sign the papers regarding the move without actually being there, due to late arrival. - Asked for the company to make this up to us by expediting delivery - 7 days later our household remains in their warehouse in the state of origin - Literally no communication from the company despite multiple calls daily Seriously, we are seeking recourse through the BBB but this is your chance to avoid making a huge mistake. These guys are absolutely fantastic. There was no damage to anything, they had to remove a storm window to get my bulky furniture in to the new house, they were were efficient, they knew exactly what order items should go in to the truck, they were efficient, constantly moving from the first to the second floor, and had full supplies to protect the furniture. When all packed up they helped save some time by taking an alternate route to get us to the 2nd place faster to help save me some money. Our items were in storage so a quote was provided by the storage size which was the lowest quotation received. Due to the distance items were packed the previous day and transported safely to the house on move day. The removal team of 4 were friendly, courteous and arrived exactly when expected.
