MOVERS FROM HELL
It took 5 weeks to drive 6 hours. Numerous men quite and left the truck on the side of the road. At least 1/3 of my items were lost or stolen by the drivers. I've been calling Hollywood for the claims dept for months and can't get a response from them. If value your items and your sanity, PLEASE find a reputable mover. This isn't one. Maybe good for around town, but not for any distance. 5 weeks and didn't even get my things. All glassware was broken and I even got things that weren't even mine. I had to call the DOT in Washington to put in a formal complaint. My lawyer comes next. I don't wish this Company on anyone. GOOD LUCK! I didn't have any!

not responsive
They delivered 6 days after promised date with 4 items missing and one damaged. They promised delivery within a week, but did not deliver. Then I was told to file a claim. First set of claim forms went missing, so I filed a second set. Then over 7 month period I was lied to repeatedly about whether claim was settled and settlement agreement was sent to me. Every two weeks or so I would be told that the forms had been mailed or would be mailed that day, but did not receive anything until early December. I would never use this company again nor recommend them.

Great professional service
INFINITY is a great, fast, reliable and efficient moving company. They have saved my butt on more than one occasion. When I had to move unexpectedly and immediately, they were there three hours later and we got everything inside the moving truck inside an hour. I went through six other companies in the yellow pages before getting to them, and none of them could even promise within a day.

Solid movers
So I had two main concerns regarding hiring a mover to get us to Phoenix. One was getting my stuff all there intact becasue I just cant afford to move and to replace broken items and the other was not to bust my budget, Well mission accomplished and James wanted me to give feedbaclk to the move so here it is. These guys came out the same day I called and got me out of my place in time when another mover no showed on me. I really appreciate the effort and care they showed handling our stuff and the men were very accommodating placing the furniture where I requested. Great from start to finish

Very smooth
So I must say I am really thrilled with the service and job performed by the staff at Trans United. they showed great care with the packing of the stuff and the men worked carefully yet quickly so I was able to keep my timeline. The delivery came on time and the men reassembled the beds and placed ten furniture everywhere that we directed. Class act from start to finish.

Went off without a hitch
I contacted trans united to do my move. After careful consideration I reserved with them. Everything went to plan. The movers were great. The truck was brand new and my items were handled with such care. I got my items delivered on time and everything was perfect. There was not one thing I could say bad about trans united.

Horrible Experience
The agreed upon arrival was August 1, 2014 for a move from Texas to Pennsylvania. There is a 14 day period in which items can be delivered, according to the contract. The actual delivery date was August 16, 2014, 16 days after the contracted delivery date. When we had called to set the pickup and delivery dates, no one returned our phone calls. We found out that our original representative went on leave for some reason, but no one communicated this to us and our emails and calls were left unreturned. We finally got a hold of her supervisor, and with him we set the pickup and delivery dates, and when doing so he implied that we shouldn't have left it so late to set the dates (we had been calling the company for three weeks with no one returning our calls). At the same time, we wanted to adjust our price quote to reflect the actual inventory we had packed, rather than what we had estimated months previously. The supervisor told us the price the original representative had quoted would remain the same, even though our inventory had increased by quite a bit, but when the movers came to pick up our items the price was significantly higher than quoted. Communication throughout the process was abysmal. We were not contacted about the delay. The only communication occurred when we called to find out where our items were. Dispatch would call the driver to find an estimated delivery date and we were told they would call us back. We never received any calls either from the driver or from dispatch. After our items were delivered on August 16, we found that a large item, an armchair, was missing. We immediately called the driver and he said that the truck was empty, which must have meant the chair was delivered to another customer. The next day we called customer service to try to trace the chair. They would not try to find the chair without receiving a claims form from us. We sent in the claims form and photos of the missing chair (and other damaged items), and we were told that the claims department would contact us. After weeks of not hearing from anyone, we finally talked to the claims department (who were only available for calls on Fridays). They had lost our claims form. We immediately scanned and sent another claim form (as the claims agent had told us to do so she could start looking for the chair) and mailed another hard copy. When we called the agent the next week to see if she had any news of our chair, she said she couldn't pursue finding it until she received our claim form. When the claims department finally got around to looking for our chair, they of course couldn't locate it, so they sent us a settlement offer of...$29.40, which is ludicrously low to compensate for losing a large item of furniture. Our biggest issue with this company, besides losing a large item of furniture with monetary and sentimental value, was the utter lack of desire to help us, the customer.

One of the worst experiences I've had!
Probably one of the worst experiences I've had. The whole sales experience wasn't bad. They gave me all the information. It was inventory based, so I assumed that based on the inventory I gave them, the price would stay constant. When they came to pick up the stuff, they increased the price by nearly 80 percent. Apparently the inventory that they price off of, is smaller than average inventory sizes. So for example, the size of my sofa was bigger than what they had quoted me for even though I have an average-sized sofa. After that over the phone they gave me great confidence that my items would arrive in 5-7 days and it took nearly 21 business days to get to my new location and I was never given any updates or information until I started calling them on a daily basis.

Worst move ever
I told the lady on the phone everything. It was a one bedroom apartment, with a kitchen, a bathroom, one sofa, one seat, and there was no dining table. When the movers came there were three guys. They were supposed to come on Tuesday but they called on Monday and said they were coming. My daughter was supposed to leave on Tuesday so I had to pay for a hotel for one day cause these guys were coming to Tampa and they were moving another house and they had space in the truck so they begged to move us on Monday. They told me they were coming at 6 p.m. and they came at 8 p.m. They finished everything at 12:30 after midnight.............

DO NOT USE, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Ill keep it short and just give u the highlights. Price almost doubled, of course, aftet truck was loaded. I was very specific re my items and their size on original item list. No additional items were added on pickup except for 6 small boxes. They forgot items that were on my item list in the shed that I poi ted out to them. They damaged my walls, front door, and picture. Could not get through to anyone and my phone calls were never returned. My boyfriend eventually did get through to the custmer service manager who flat out lied and said she had spoken to me. My delivery date was April 4th and I still do not have my things. This company has no ethics and lies, cheats, and steals. I wouldnt use them again if they paid me.

Unbelievable Moving Horror
Unbelievable! Didn't show up when scheduled, did not call to explain, robbed me of over $1500. scheduled a move with Trans United a month in advance. I received a Binding Moving Estimate and was told the price would not go up unless I exceeded the estimated cubic feet in the truck. I explained to the salesman that I had some large and heavy items and he noted and understood. I even paid them extra to crate one of these items. The move was scheduled for Thursday December 27. After packing everything I own and waiting for them to arrive, I get a call Thursday afternoon telling me they would be there Saturday the 29th. Saturday, no one came, no one called and no one answered the phone. They left me hanging for 4 days. Finally on Tuesday January 2nd, I got in touch with them. I was told that my location was out of the way and they would need an extra $800 to make the move happen. After weighing the options of starting the process over with another company and already behind schedule, I decided to pay the fee. They were scheduled to arrive Thursday January 4th. About an hour before dark on Thursday, the truck finally arrived. It had a Joe's Family Moving Company or something similar on the side with three guys inside the truck. The driver was talking on a cell phone and was yelling in a foreign language, pointing his finger violently out the window as he was yelling at the person on the other end. After a few minutes, he came inside to look at my items. All of the heavy and larger items that I had were now being called Bulky items. There would be extra fees for those I was told. It amounted to approximately $600 in extra fees. After this, the driver went back outside, got back on his phone and began yelling and pointing again. Although I could not understand or recognize the language, it was obvious that this was a violent conversation. He walked out into the street, into my neighbor's yard, and wandered around yelling for about 15 minutes. His co-workers appeared to be shocked with what was going on. After getting off the phone, he asked me to drive him to a hardware store so that he could purchase some bolt cutters to remove the padlock from the back of the truck!By this time, it was dark, and he decided it would be best to just come back in the morning to load my belongings. I decided that night that I would not be allowing this man to drive away with everything I own. To date I am out over $1500. The company refuses to return any of my money also found out that for $200, U-haul can provide you with 2 persons for 3 hours to help load or unload your move. I would highly recommend this option.

DON’T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH TRANS UNITED - US DOT : 1820565 UNLESS YOU ENJOY
• All your personal belongings arrive weeks after promised, in addition to it being broken.
• Having to deal with the most evasive people in customer service, since every time you call you talk to a different employee altogether.
• Your questions are never answered directly, instead the response “I’m sorry, I can’t tell you any information as of right now,” is repeated over and over again.
• Having to deal with a new temporary trans-united employee every time you call and start telling your concern all over again. In turn you would hear that “I am new dispatcher/customer service representative and don’t know what anyone before me has promised, but this is how it is going to work from now on------whole new story”
• Getting frustrated easily since there is no guarantee when your belongings will arrive.
• You get pleasure from knowing that most of your items are broken after you give your full payment (they won’t reduce any single penny but take away money first and then start unloading your items) !!!!!!
• You want to experience all your original terms and conditions you setup with moving consultant, in my case, Anthony, become NULL AND VOID and get dragged with their terms and conditions once they pick up your stuff from your home!!!
I picked trans united in the first place because I was convinced that TRANS UNITED has an A- rating in better business bureau (I have no clue how they got that rating from BBB) and is better than others and after I reviewed people opinion here. That was my mistake; I should have perused other websites to read actual experiences that would have stopped me from contracting with such a horrible company.
