I want to take them to small claims ...

I want to take them to small claims court because I told the original sales representative that i can not have a semi truck in the condo development nor in the city because they have to go in the alley. They said Okay Ill make sure yo have a smaller truck. So They were supposed to move me on september 5th or 6th I came by my self to get everything ready and the next day they show up at the condo in a semi. So we got fined for that and I have it in writing that I said for them not to bring a semi. Then they held my stuff hostage and that was Tuesday and Wednesday and I couldn't get my stuff until Saturday because they transferred it into a shuttle and they would not give my stuff back unless i paid 1,000 dollars. And they charged me 1,000 dollars for that until I gave them that much in cash. I was quoted 2,200 dollars It ended up costing me almost 5,000 dollars. Read more
