Additional Terms:
- Transportpals LLC requires the payment of a dispatch deposit due immediately after booking on CitizenShipper. This deposit is separate from the "CitizenShipper Success fee," which you must pay to complete your booking. The remaining balance is then paid on delivery or pickup, directly to the driver using different payment methods (cash, money order, Zelle, CashApp).
- All rates are valid for seven days from the posted date.
- An order is completed once all the information has been provided to a representative of Transportpals, the transport agreement has been signed, and the Booking Deposit has been paid to Transportpals in full. Failure to complete your order right after booking is subjected to a potential rate increase.
- Any additional items/accessories (not the vehicle itself) that you plan on sending with your shipment, must be fully disclosed before booking. The items must be present and handed to the driver during transport. Please note that if the driver deems the items unsafe for transportation, he reserves the right to reject such items.
- Please note that all pickup/delivery/transit times are estimated. There are a lot of factors in ground transportation such as but not limited to variable weather, traffic conditions, road work, mechanical breakdowns that can cause a delay in the delivery process, which is why we only provide estimated/approximate time frames for job completion.
- By booking with Transportpals LLC, you confirm you hold no contractual obligation with any other company/transporter for transporting the exact vehicle.
