Good quality mover
Had a good experience with these guys. Movers worked hard, explained the reason for the slight price increase and ultimately moved my furniture in a timely, safely, efficient manner. I would of given a perfect rating but I did have to leave work on day to meet the movers which upset me but after everything you hear about I would say I got incredibly lucky with these guys. I recommend asking to speak with Shawn who is the sales manager.

Great Moving Company
Purchased the full packing service move for my move from West Hollywood, CA to Portland, OR. I was extremely cautious when selecting a mover because of some of the stories you hear about movers, and reviews that you read but I felt really good about Shawn and the team so I went with it. I just received my shipment on Monday and everything arrived just as it left. Rather than buy packing supplies and than packing it myself I chose the hands free option which I highly recommend. I would definitely use this company again!

Worst moving experience ever!!!
First let me say that I did not originally book with TransUnion. I booked with another company and they contracted with TransUnion. I was overcharged from the start,but I was down to the wire with my move and had no choice but to send my furniture with this company that I did not have time to vet. My furniture was picked up in Los Angeles on Oct 14,2020. It is now Dec 21,2020... 69 days and counting and I still have no furniture. I'm still sleeping on a couch. I've left dozens of messages. Horrible Customer Servive
Missing items from a move is bad enough but now the business isn’t responding to me. I have tried contacting them MANY times and seem to have an unmonitored email address I want my stuff or the info to fill out a claim. This is unacceptable behavior for a professional business.
