This company is very unprofessional. The owner (Carl) would not return my calls after I told him that his careless movers damaged several pieces of my furniture. I hired a three man crew for two days and they showed up four hours late the first day and not at all the second day,leaving my son and I to finish the move ourselves. The crew complained about their boss several times throughout that first day,going as far to say as “Carl will just block you,it’s what he does to people.” I have never left a bad review on any company before this,but this company is deserving of the poor rating. We recently use this service to move my parents and we are so glad that we choose this company. The guys were amazing. They were fast, efficient, polite, and were great workers. I can not tell you how much stress was relieved by having this crew,I would recommend using this service for all of your moves.
