Don’t do it

Worst moving company ever! Do not go with them unless you want disrespectful,arrogant,lazy movers in your house. I had 2 movers both complained the whole time because they had to work on a Saturday. I now have 2 broken tvs,a chunk taken out of my dining room table,a broken sound bar,and a missing power cord to my grandma’s medical recliner (who has dementia). Made a claim an Shemica the “claims manager” wants to “read” me my contract that I signed but didn’t get to read since my movers were too “busy” to let me read the contract and 98% of it isn’t what I was told nor asked for. I paid for 2 boxes for my tv’s to go in and instead I got a moving blanket and some cardboard taped to the front of it. Save your money and go get a U-Haul and hire someone from their list of movers. Noting I had to do that the following day since the movers I initially hired only moved a quarter of my belongings because they were too stretched for time. Read more

Great price

If I could give them six stars, I would. They moved a 700lb safe into my office building. Other moving companies told me no, due to low ceilings. True Friends Moving got the job done at a great price. Thanks, guys. Read more

I’ve never seen such excellence ...

From the time I submitted a request for quote to the minute the movers pulled out of my driveway, this was top notch service. The Nashville team was so fast with responses and follow ups , not to mention best price, but the two professional gentlemen that packed my things into the truck were hands down the best movers I have ever had. Corry and Jacob were fast, efficient, kind, professional , and made sure every thing was loaded perfectly. In all of the moves I have made, I’ve never seen such excellence service. These two gentlemen are excellent ambassadors for a great moving company and I’m looking forward to seeing them when they deliver at my new residence. There's a reason this company has such ...

Just wanted to add to my original post below. True Friends did my second move as well and, again, they were great! Devontay and Josh were awesome and very conscientious and professional and so easy to work with, as well as the office staff. They called and followed up when they were supposed to and the movers showed up right on time both times. And followed up afterwards. Not one bad experience either time. So happy I found these great movers! There's a reason this company has such a good rating. The sales team was professional and contacted me several times before my move. The pricing was reasonable. And the moving crew was awesome and on time and never slowed down once they got here and since you pay by the hour, I really appreciated that. The guys were friendly and worked hard and my move couldn't have gone any better. Will definitely use them for my second move into my new place. Read more

Quicker than I had ever expected

Everything about the move was great! From the moment I called to reserve the service - all the way until the last package was dropped off at my new address. Reserving a move date was super easy. I had to change the date and they were able to accommodate the change. The movers they sent, Brett and Jadahi, were super sweet and personable. They were in and out (quicker than I had ever expected), double checked everything (old address, new address, and truck) to make sure everything was done right. Very friendly

The guys were highly professional, quiet, friendly, and efficient. They even broke down and set up our bed, which may have added to the time from the original estimate. If I were moving again, I would call these guys. Oh, and one other thing - they were extremely prompt. I was told they would arrive between 12 and 2 pm. They rolled up at 11:58 am after calling about 30 minutes ahead to ensure we were ready. Read more

I've used this True Friends Moving Company twice and would highly recommend them to anyone. The price is reasonable to the area and even if it's more or so for an hour it's worth it! I've used several other cheaper companies in the past and have been disappointed with the service and handling of my furniture. True Friends Moving Company team wrap and pack everything with care and speed. I never felt like they were slowing down to increase their time or that they were being inconsiderate of my things. NO damaged furniture

I used to be the Director of Business Development of Black Tie Moving and moved, as a Marine military member, I’ve moved over 50 times, so know a thing or two about moving. ???? I just recently had two back to back moves with TF. Both of them went perfectly smooth and NO dinged walls, NO damaged furniture, and no stolen goods. This is unbelievable in the industry. Both my houses were over 2000sf full moves, and the latter was an unexpected packing job for the movers, I ran out of steam. No complains, hustle attitude, actually fun help. It was a pleasure having them help me

This is my first experience using a moving company and didn’t know what to expect. Not only was this companies pricing the best, but they worked me in to their schedule for the very next day, when everyone else I talked to were days out and some had even different pricing on different days. Nathan assisted me in setting everything up and was very professional and encouraged me to get other quotes, then gave me his direct number for when I called back. The best part of all though by far, without question, the crew that did my move. Bob, Fasa, and Jacob were top notch, hard working, and had the best attitudes ever! It was a pleasure having them help me. I highly, highly, highly recommend them. Our moving experience with True Friends Moving Company could not have been a better experience. Our professional movers were Donald and Jahdai and they were absolutely wonderful! Our moving day began on a positive note when Donald called to tell us the time they would be arriving at our home. Perfect! They were very efficient and took great care of our furniture and belongings. The home we moved to had stairs which were steep. They took a lot of furniture up those stairs and somehow managed to manipulate the furniture through the turns in the staircase. They did an amazing job with that and made sure all our furniture and boxes were exactly where we wanted them. In addition to Donald’s and Jahdai’s efficiency and hard work they were great guys who were fun and enjoyable to be with the during the moving process. They were prompt, courteous, and ...

The True Friends Moving Company service we got was the best moving experience we ever had in our forty-plus years of moving around the country and overseas. Our household goods had been moved to a storage unit in Murfreesboro, TN, and just needed to be moved to our new home. I couldn't have asked for a better team than Brett and Kenneth. They were prompt, courteous, and highly capable and careful. Our "stuff" was well taken care of, with no damage of any kind. They reassembled our beds and mirrors and hooked up our washer and dryer. And fast? They sure didn't dawdle or waste any time. Everything went great! The office folks were helpful and prompt as well. They followed me to my destination

It was a good experience. I'm not used to dealing with a moving company. In the past we've usually got a uhaul and did it ourselves. So this being my 1st time wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I didn't know I had to have my things all in boxes but they still worked with me thankfully. Chris was responsive, honest, and extremely helpful, especially when it came to listening to our concerns as to what was important to us.
