The absolute worst moving mistake u ...

This is not a company just a rag tag circus these people were supposed to move a 1br apt to another 1br apt 2miles away first off they handled things like apes broke every glass crushed every box with fragile on it litteraly got all of my belongings soaked due to the giant hole in the roof of their truck .they didn't tell me this till after I payed they took 1hour 13 mins to get 2miles I bought them drinks n food they came back with sonic Wich isn't even close at all I got charged for the time they were gone paid a gas fee then got charged for at least 5 hours and it was a 2 and half hour job max everything was professionally boxed .they ruined so much she sent me 70$ for oil paintings that were ruined both sides so bad they were so wet they won't hang n lost color .they claimed they would get in touch with insurance today sandy is full of it .thieves and thieves alone I have moved dozens of times my self and big houses and never once had this kinda issue do not give these low life's your business they don't have insurance and don't care Read more

Broke My Stuff, Blocked My Calls

Broke my stuff, blocked my calls. Owners write fake positive reviews online. I am a single grad student living away from friends and family. I needed help, and was taken advantage of. This company is a complete scam. PLEASE BEWARE. This company rescheduled my appointment the day of and moved it two hours up, broke several boxes of glass, scraped my leather couch, and packed my storage horribly. I called the company to let them know, TAMMY POUGH told me to email pictures and she would call me in the morning. I tried to call after receiving no call and it turns out she has blocked my calls. After days she returned an email and said they would come to fix my storage for $50 dollars an hour, after they had already gotten paid to ruined my property and to place my couch on top of all of my boxes and bags so I cant access anything. Everything was OK, they worked hard

I was for the most part satisfied. I think they got a little confused, they almost left all my stuff. I think they got a little uncoordinated with how to pack stuff the best but we were moving things to two locations. I think they worked pretty hard. I think everything was OK, they were very polite and everything. I think it might've been a tougher move than we all thought it would be. We moved a majority of stuff to a storage facility and some had to go to a house, so they didn't get all that quite moved in. Read more

A few scratches but good people

There were quite a few scratches on some of the antiques. I liked the people they moved fast, they worked hard, they wrapped things, and some of the things they wrapped if they would've just gone up half an inch, they wouldn't have gotten scratched, and they broke an entertainment center...I talked to the woman that runs the customer service and she sent a 20 dollar check for the entertainment center, they basically didn't want to hear about anything else. I would recommend them as long as you don't have antiques. Read more
