Terrible . Before we got started, head mover reminds us that we need to provide a tip...wtf? They get lost going to one of the locations and take an additional 30 minutes to get there...great since they charge by the hour. Then when leaving the location they ran over the grass on both sides. It was super rainy and damp that day so this caused deep gashes and tire marks, damaging the lawn. At the end of the move, my husband forces me to give a tip despite the lackluster service to say the least. One of the guys comes back and has the nerve to ask if one of us dropped a $20 bill anywhere, as if to say hey where is my tip! I used the Fort Mill location successfully in the past but ended up calling this location in error. They seemed to take their good sweet time getting items on and off the truck. Do not use Two Men and a Truck ...

This is a warning not to use them. They didn't wrap my refrigerator and a few months later my brand new floors were wet and ruined. A hose became loosened in the move and they claim they aren't liable. Well...they are the only ones that touched the refrigerator. There was no leak at my old house and suddenly one at my new house. I watched them take the refrigerator out of my house unwrapped when they told me it would be wrapped in both cloth and plastic. If you want your items to be taken care of during your move, DO NOT USE them. Read more
