Horrible Service

This job was brokered from Nationwide Relocation Services. The y arrived 4 days late. The drivers didn't speak English well enough to inventory my boxes and furniture with my power of attorney rep. The delivery was delayed by 5 days. They arrived an hour late on delivery date, just in time for rain to start. Couldn't reach John (dispatcher?) all day. Voice mail box full. Demanded check before unloading - even though I said I would show it to them and then give it to them after unloading. Immediately called their supervisor who yelled at me quoting statute and telling me I could call their complaint department. Men (boys) wore flip flops while bringing belongings up 16 stairs. They broke a table. Crushed the wardobes. Did not put boxes in appropriate rooms - just stacked them in LR, regardless of FRAGILE markings. Tried to get me to sign off before they re-assembled everything and moved furniture into right rooms. Couldn't find lamp shades and legs to an antique bar that they were responsible to pack and charged me for and I refused to sign off. One guy starting opening all boxes even though the boxes I packed were all sealed and labeled. Gave me $30/day off as adjustment for being late - hardly equivalent to the expenses I had due to not having my belongings. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN - if you use a broker, make sure you know who they are going with. Read more
