Bad service
They took forever to deliver . They lost an entire box of my items. Tried to say they did not but the checklist they sent showed it was never loaded. Said they could not find it in the warehouse. It was a box of shoes that are not being made anymore. They denied my first claim after taking over a month to respond. I submitted a dispute with the photos of the checklist they sent and they only want to give me $27. They don’t communicate well and the insurance is a joke. Be aware of what you’re signing and make sure you file for the true value of your items or they will scam you! They try and add charges they out source.
