The movers I ended up with were bad.
It was a little bit bad experience. They ended up actually broke a couple of my furnitures. They did not actually put blanket on the furnitures. And the guys... The main guy was very rough actually. I had a horrible argument with him.

They got everything done in the right ...
They were okay. They were a little late, but I think they got lost. But they were able to do it in the time frame I needed. ...It was good, they were very quick, very fast ... I thought they were very careful with everything ... Just wrapped everything up really good.

Disappointed in the Long Distance Move
I had just used this company to move me from a house to a temporary apartment in the same state. I was excited about using them again for a long distance move out of state. The first disappointment was only one crew member from the local move was back. The crew leader distracted us by telling stories and jokes and then he rubbed me the wrong way by calling my dining room furniture expensively cheap stuff. He kept worrying us about a tip for the guys. I strongly believe my actual amount was higher than my quote because they asked if my new employer was paying for it and I made the mistake of saying that they would reimburse me up to 80%. My 20% ended up being more than I budgeted. Although they met us out of state on time, they only sent 2 guys. The driver was small and the helper spoke little English. The helper was good at putting together the furniture and cleaning up after himself. The driver did more talking and flirting than moving and said he was the customer service because he spoke better English. He also kept bringing up stories about being tipped "hint, hint". The next day while unpacking we noticed a broken lamp, a broken radio, crushed vacuum box, a torn blouse, clothes thrown into the bottom of the wardrobe box instead of hung up. Some of the wardrobe boxes were missing hanging bars. After several calls, the owner finally called and offered a $100 credit which he said was more than the insurance would provide. We took the credit but I am scared that when I move again to the house we are building some of the boxes I chose not to unpack are damaged. I would definitely not recommend them for a Long Distance Move at this time.

They inflated their prices!
Everything was packed and they had to use cling film to wrap around some of the furniture to prevent scratches.. all well and good. But he inflated whatever he did, he didn't have to repack anything, everything was packed and ready to move. All he did was cling wrap everything. And when it came time to tell me the price, he padded it almost 100% more. So I had to pay almost 100% more!
