They were very instrumental in helping me move. They knew what to do you didn't have to instruct them a whole lot, and they moved all of my furniture without damaging anything, that was the biggest thing, so I was very happy about that. Read more

They just happened to be the right guys at the right time. They came in, took stuff apart and loaded it. They were very polite and good with what they did. If I had to do it again I'd still use them. Read more

I paid $700 and they never showed up!

They never showed up and I called them and they said "We'll do it tomorrow." They never came, they never gave us our money back, they said they mailed it off we never got it in the mail and they're ignoring my phone calls. Superb Service

Im writing this review because I have dealt with numerous companies before but this one stood out. The movers was about 5 minutes late but who cares they came in wrap my stuff up padded it and moved rather quickly.Each of the 3 was nice and proffesional. Once they was done unloading i asked Darrius to help me hang my curtains. Without question he came and did it for me. I recommend upload moving and storage to anybody. thanks a bunch!! Read more

Horrible and unworthy

Upload Moving and Storage 703 Sycamore Ave Greenwood, MS 38930 April 8, 2014 To: Michael and Steve: RE: Move on March 22, 2014 I received a call from XXXXXXXXXX and it was stated that I need to contact you all, instead of you contacting me. Well, I have been doing just that by email and phone; also I never said I wanted my furniture replaced. Darrius, “stated that they would send someone to repair if repairable or replace it if not. Now I’m tired of being nice, I have been patient and took you at your word that this matter would be handled. And yet I have not gotten any of this cleared up. When I spoke with you, you stated that you all disassembled, padded and reassembled. How would you like it if your movers were 3 hours late, tossed your shit around like it didn't matter, mark up the owners steps then try to clean with awesome, which by the way did not work and damage your furniture. My clothes were moved in pads that smell like marijuana, and the others were tossed up there any kind of way. I was told by you that you would send wardrobe boxes!! No boxes ... I bagged all the shoes like you told me to do. None of this mattered but getting my furniture repaired until now. I had other items damaged and I took that lost.. My pool table is brand new, hardly used, but now scratched all up. It was not padded nor shrink wrap with that thins plastic.. My barbecue grill cover was brand new, took out the package and placed on the grill never even used the grill after it was covered, but had 3 or more tares in it. I even share in the blame that all my belongings were not moved, I gave an accurate account about my contents according to Darrius with the exception of the curio cabinet, which was never moved. I feel like I have been done unjust and misunderstood. I should not have to get a lawyer to get this matter settled. What would you like for me to do at this point? Charge it to the game?
