A broker connected me with USA Auto Transport to move my two cars from Texas to Oregon. I took pictures and video of the cars to document the condition the day they were loaded. I had the cars delivered to a relative's house because we needed to finish some things in Texas before we moved. When I arrived in Oregon to pick up my cars, not only was there new damage to the front and rear bumper of my sports car, but someone had tried to paint over the damage to hide it! My other car also had some new scratched on the bumper, but there was mud and dirt in the back seat showing that it had been driven with passengers in it. When I called Andrey, the driver and apparently the owner (?), he refused to use his business insurance to repair the damage he caused. On top of that, he interrupted me, argued with me, refused to listen to me and was completely unprofessional. He said that the damage was noted on the bill of lading, which it was not. When we did the walk arounds of the cars when he picked them up, he noted tiny scratches and dings as "damage" and when the cars showed up with far more substantial damage, he said that it was already there when he picked up the cars, which was completely untrue! This guy and his company are completely shady and you can't trust them at all! If you value your cars, find someone else to move them for you. Beware of this unethical, unprofessional person!!!
