Me and My friend decided to move since our school and work-related conflicts, this is the best quote that we had since we're kinda tight on budget. There was a slight change in estimate ...

Everything was good, the people were helpful. They subcontracted it out, but I didn't know it until they showed up. The subcontractor had a different weight than what the owners had provided me. But all and all the experience was good. I would recommend them. Read more

Move took longer, but they were good

They estimated the move would be about 3 hours, but it ended up taking six. It would have been nice to have someone come out and estimate that it would have taken "this" amount of hours before hand. They were reasonable, overall, they were a good crew of people they did the job right, they didn't damage anything. Read more

They lost a rail to my bed

They explained the pricing one way, and I ended up paying more than what I was quoted. They lost a rail to my bed. I know I didn't leave it in the storage because the manager at the storage has to go back with you to see if it's cleaned out and everything out of it. So it was probably left in the truck, everything was taken down and put behind quilts. So they must have just forgot it or something. I would refer them, I'm not going to use them anymore. Read more

Worst Experience Ever - Do no use this ...

I have never been so disapointed and appalled at the behavior of a service provider and their employees in my life. I can say that the movers that arrived at my daughter's home in Miami were timely and polite but it ends there. I was never told that they would be sub-contracting out the job to another company with a horrible reputation, (QRS). I can accept that the price went up as there were a few more boxes that origanally anticipated but almost double was outrageous. At that point you really can't argue with them as you need to have the move occur on the day scheduled. The nightmare began with the delivery by QRS, they develived at midnight. Who does business at that hour, it is ridiculous. They told my daughter when they called that if she did not take delivery they would put her things in storage and she would be responsible for getting them moved and the storage bill. The movers were rude and one was openly presenting a knife in a threatening manner. She asked to see her items in the truck before they received their money and they refused. They were so threatening that my 90 year mother felt she had to call the police. The movers then showed my daughter her things. They would not put the items in any other location besides a hallway which blocked the hallway, my daughter showed them on the contract where it stated that the first flight of stairs were free. They stated they only went 70 feet into a house and that the two steps outside the house were the first flight. Then did not finish the move until 2 AM, again ridiculous To top everything else, they have majically lost her 32" flat screen TV and had made no attempts to contact us regarding this loss. While we do plan to do what we can legally, I want to place as many warnings to other consumers to not use either one of these companies, they not only liars, theives but their employees can be dangerous as well. Not very careful

They dented my refrigerator, they weren't very careful. They wrapped everything well but they weren't careful when they brought the furniture into my home. They scraped my ceiling, my paint, dented my refrigerator and did not unload all my boxes. Read more

Really courteous, I liked them a great ...

It was very good. The administrator contacted me on several occasions to make sure they had to information correct and to confirm the moving date and the furniture that was going to be moved. They gave me a good estimate they explained it very clearly. The day they arrived, they arrived on time. They sent two people, they were very thorough prior to and told me exactly what I needed to have in terms of supplies I needed, if I chose to have my own supplies available. When the guys arrived they used what I had and they were very careful packing some of the fragile things. It was nice and quick and fast and easy. SCAM ARTIST!! DO NOT BELIEVE GOOD ...

Horrific experience, pulled every trick in the book and then some. NOT license for out of state moves. Unlicensed drivers, vehicles, unscrupulous and outrageous behavior. Stole over $25 K in property refuse to return belongings. Had to involve FMCSA, Department of Transportation Weights and Measures, Local Police just to get some belongings. I do not believe the good reviews at all. What did arrive was damaged. We lost irreplaceable items, don't hire them. Check out other websites. Their reviews are horrendous. They were cited with three violations in 5 minutes by Department of Weights and Measures. Read more

They arrived late but had good workers

They arrived late, which caused a little issue with getting moved into my new place, because there was a time window that I had to fall within. Because they arrived late I ended up having to move a lot of the stuff with them because we had a window we had to move within, that was a problem for me... I still ended up paying the entire fee...which I didn't think was appropriate... other than that issue of timing I had no issues they did a great job packing my stuff and moving it and getting it here and unpacking it... if they arrived when they said they were going to arrive I think it wouldve went smoother. I would still recommend this company

They sent a four person crew with two trucks.They did an onsite inspection first, the members of the crew worked hard and they worked quickly and what I received as being great care as best they could as with packing things and wrapping things and following protocol with wrapping.... we have a large property so we have a lot of stuff, most of it was pre-boxed.... a lot of books and fragile items.... we thoroughly marked the boxes that were fragile..... it took them alot longer to load the truck than expected, they did what they could with two twenty-six foot trucks..... In the morning i noticed they knocked down a fence.... I complained about it... the company immediately agreed to send someone to fix the damage and they did exactly what they had said.... when they got up to the bay area to unload my wife was waiting there and it was raining..... they had left boxes of books out in the rain... they just wanted to unload everything in the garage.... they were complaining and lazy.... they were setting heavy boxes of books on boxes marked fragile....they didn't put real effort into anything... we called the company back and they offered to send people to help with anything that we needed regarding our items and the move. Once we unpacked we didn't notice anything that was badly damaged to the point of complaining. I would still recommend this company. Read more

Horrible experience

yes it was a horrible horrible experience, a lot of it wasn't their fault but they were not very gracious or good about it. they came late about 2 hours later and i didn't realize that the place i was leaving the furniture would not let us use the elevator after 5 and they came about 5 which was at least 2 hours late so because of that the guys could not deliver the furniture and the truck was already loaded and cause i didn't know once we got there that we couldn't unloaded, i had to put them up over night which was 150 extra all together it cost me 830 dollars for a 400 dollar move, i was very unhappy Read more

Hidden charges

I wasn't really satisfied with the move because I was given a different price and then I was charged for some things that I didn't know I would be charged for. They charged extra for packing and they didn't really tell me how the price was calculated. The staff was very good, they were kind and respectful. I talked with the movers about the pricing before the move and I was very shocked after they got here and it was too late to do anything, honestly. The advice I would give is to make sure that they aren't charged for things they're not aware of, that they know everything they're being charged for. And as far as the time goes, they should try to assess how long it will take because it took us 11 hours to move a two-bedroom apartment and the house was only a mile away. My advice to the moving company would be that they need to have proper paperwork that shows all the pricing and how everything is being charged. Read more

Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

They were okay. I feel like they could have moved a little bit faster and for three guys, I feel like it took a bit longer than it should have, to be honest. The price was fine. It just ended up being more expensive because they took longer than I expected them to take. I wouldn't recommend them. I recommend going somewhere else. It was the worst experience I've ever ...

It was a nightmare. They broke up a lot of my things. The foreman was extremely rude. He threw my pillows on the floor, on the ground by the truck. He was just horrible. They messed up my brand new walls where I moved. They broke two dressers and a couple of other things. My glasses broke. They even left a mirror in the truck. They finally brought it back four days after it was missing. I had to call the office several times. Their customer service is really poor and they're rude. I would never recommend this company to anybody and I would never use this company again. Read more
